While I appreciate your words, they are nothing more than an empty sentiment. You asked that I reach out by contacting you directly. 2 phone calls and 2 messages later I have YET to receive a response. I wish I could say I am surprised but I am not! This lack of response is exactly what I am talking about. I have already reached out to corporate headquarters. Perhaps THAT will get your attention.

Ron, I appreciate your reply, but the service manager, David (nice guy), made pretty clear nothing would happen unless I bring it back in there, which I am not wasting my time on again...nor care to see Greg again either. I even asked for the missing glove box clip to be sent to my house and nada. My mechanic will fix Kia's warranty issues properly tomorrow and I'll end up having to pay for it. So, I'll gather everything I have and send up to corporate. They will probably ignore, but at least they'll know.
