This was not my first time entering Koons for my vehicle needs. This is my second lease and Jeff Ottenberg was by far the easiest and most genuine to work with. I called Jeff when I was shopping around and right from the get go he was straightforward with me. I told him what I wanted and what I'd been offered so far and he came back to me with the bottom line pric the get go he was straightforward with me. After having a VERY negative experience at another Koons dealer I was hesitant to come here. Jeff did everything he could to make my first time buying experience a positive one. He was the only sales agent I had talked to in all of my shopping around that focused on selling me the car I wanted instead of the car that was going to make them the most commission. I tossed around the numbers and reworked my budget probably 20 times never got frustrated or impatient with me. He treated me like a daughter and made sure I was happy every step of the way. Though this dealership was out of my way, I am very happy that I took my business there. I'll definitely recommend them to friends, family, and anyone else that I know is looking for a new car. I can't vouch for anyone else at the dealership, but if they're anything like Jeff your experience is certain to be a great one! More

This dealership works hard to make a deal work even when other dealerships can't or won't. I was shown and allowed to test drive any vehicle they had in stock. I financed my vehicle through Ford Motor Credit and they we're able to arrange a lower interest rate than a competing dealership in the area. They offer low prices (below MSRP) and I've never had a problem scheduling a service appointment. Just bought my 4th car from these folks and am very pleased. More

Went in to the showroom and was greeted immediately. Asked to see a specific model and Manasses Davis was happy to drive us to the part of the lot that it was located (it was an extremely hot day). He was happy to assist us when we were ready, and we decided to buy from this location because of the larger selection that the other Ford dealerships in the area. We wanted a fair price and Manasses worked very hard to work out a deal for us. Would be happy to return here for repeat business. Highly recommended. More
