Bad experience When the car was delivered by the salesman, I was told I should have received paperwork from the Finance Department. i did not. I signed off on "estimated fees" and was charged over and above what I was verbally told would be charged. Contacted Finance Department at least 8 times with ZERO RESPONSE. Never got a refund for the overcharge and was never contacted by the dealership. I contact every tier in the finance department including the General Manager with NO followup. Horrible experience. More

Beware! Bought a new Mustang that had undisclosed paint work I took delivery of my brand new 2018 Mustang Shelby GT350-R under Koons' canopy 9/4/18. When I got home, I and others noticed the right front fender d I took delivery of my brand new 2018 Mustang Shelby GT350-R under Koons' canopy 9/4/18. When I got home, I and others noticed the right front fender did not match the rest of the car. Koons barely communicates with me now. They have offered to have the fender repainted to match the rest of the car. Who wants a NEW car with a repainted fender that has been repainted again? I have asked for and should receive a refund. The level of lack of concern with Koons is astounding. More

Horrible manager I bought a 2015 Audi last Friday with no report regarding any damages or issues. When I test drove the vehicle it was raining and there was a sale sti I bought a 2015 Audi last Friday with no report regarding any damages or issues. When I test drove the vehicle it was raining and there was a sale sticker that was covering a crack on the windshield. The next morning, once I had already purchased the vehicle, I noticed the crack. I emailed the Koons sales associate immediately and was invited to come back to the dealership for inspection. Additionally, I noticed a substantial oil leak below the vehicle this past weekend. Today they worked on oil leak but refused to fix windshield crack with the explanation that the car has passed inspection. Therefore, be careful there as I had a very poor experience there. More

Great experience through the whole process. I was looking for a used car with low mileage. I had the car in mind that I wanted but it was hard to find one where I live. I saw one listed one the internet and called and explained the price I wanted to pay without all the back and forth negotiations since I was driving about 70 miles. We made a deal on the phone so when I got there it was just like we discussed. My wife and I loved the car and bought it (thanks Darnell) and thanks to Tut the sales person. We also decided to buy the Premium Extended Warranty which Aman was a big help. Thanks to the whole team. More
