Purchased a 2018 Volkswagen Atlas this weekend. My salesman (Rafay) was excellent in service and knowledge about my needs. He listened to what type of vehicle I wanted and which ones I wanted to look at. However, the Atlas was not on any of my lists. I needed a vehicle to manage my size (6'5) for leg space. Rafay pointed out the Atlas to me and I was very grateful. Koons does not get 5 stars because after Rafay was efficient with knowledge and my time. I had to wait for the paperwork which always frustrates me. Again I would like to thank Rafay for assisting me as well as he did. I also learned that it was his first sale for Koons I hope they hire more like Rafay. Then maybe eventually they will get the paperwork, all worked out and they can get 5 stars. More

Purchased a 2020 F-150 April 1. Sales staff was great and was satisfied with the purchase. Called the week after because I could not find the keyless entry wallet card and cannot us Sales staff was great and was satisfied with the purchase. The sales rep said he could set up a scheduled time to have the code read by a tech. Said I would call next week to arrange a time. Since then I have called and left messages, but no call back. Received E-mail from Ruth Aguilar, Client Relations Manager for Koons Ford of Falls Church asking if I was satisfied. E-mailed her back and have left three messages at her “direct line if you need assistance.” No response. The dealership was great at the sale, but it appears I am being ghosted over this minor issue. I managed to get a great deal through the Merida brothers, specifically Benjamin Merida. I managed to trade in my 2011 Ford Escape XLT for a 2015 Ford Escape SE.
