when to koons toyota of easton was going to buy a truck from them they told me they were going to hold it why they were working on the financing part it was on a saturday told me that they would let me from them they told me they were going to hold it why they were working on the financing part it was on a saturday told me that they would let me no monday what they came up with called monday only to find out they sold it with out so much as a phone call the sales rep was really good it was ashton i wouldnt send anyone there or ever us them again very pisted off More
My wife and l were shopping for a new car. First went to Koons in Easton and talked to Bill Thompson he gave me a price and we checked with three other dealers. One was a Nissan dealer the oth First went to Koons in Easton and talked to Bill Thompson he gave me a price and we checked with three other dealers. One was a Nissan dealer the other two were Toyota dealers. The other two were not even close to the first quote from Bill. We wanted a color that they didn't have but found one and had it in a couple days. Bill was a pleasure to work with and explained everything about the options on the car and there were many. It took 3 visits, 1hr, 2. 5hr & 1hr to get one parking assist sensor bracket replaced. I had had the problem diagnosed at another dealership while traveling. I called Koons S 5hr & 1hr to get one parking assist sensor bracket replaced. I had had the problem diagnosed at another dealership while traveling. I called Koons Service and gave the part numbers needed to Kevin who assured me he would order them. I showed up for the service appt, waited an hour to finally learn there were no parts. Second visit it took 2.5hr to determine that they had the sensor but not the bracket. Finally fixed on 3rd visit. It is annoying that Service & Parts don’t communicate. As a customer, I expect that Service will manage any parts needs with Parts Dept. but this is not the case at Koons Easton. When I called Service to check availability of a part that they ordered & will install, I was immediately transferred to Parts (this has also happened several times in the past on recall items). No single point of contact for the customer here. The only positive interaction I’ve had at this dealership was with Rachel Coyne. More
