I have not been a fan of the corporate approach that Koons offers in the several years now that they have run the Claksville dealership. I very much miss the more community and customer focused dealers Koons offers in the several years now that they have run the Claksville dealership. I very much miss the more community and customer focused dealership that Win Kelly represented. It's just not the same shop I used to deal with. The only constant is Al C in service. He's very helpful and friendly. I cringe when I see the woman in the Koons commercials. More

DONT BUY ANY USED Vehicles …I purchased my first SUV from this place on Aug 24th… it’s been one problem after the next …If you could rate "0" stars I would with the Koons Clarksville location. I purchased a this place on Aug 24th… it’s been one problem after the next …If you could rate "0" stars I would with the Koons Clarksville location. I purchased a truck Dodge Journey 2017 in Aug 2022 and it's been a nightmare. The truck is a lemon i got it home (2) days it won't start. dealership gave me a loaner for several days. A month later truck would' t start again. Following month tires deflated and rear door wouldn't lock with remote. Now I have a roof leak and the truck has no sunroof!... run please don't purchase nothing from this dealership... now they telling me the leak is not covered under warranty and it's my responsibility...!please save your money and go to Dars Cars …Don’t Live my nightmare! More

Going through the carfax and the report on what the dealer had done to put the car in the market where very helpful when buying a used car. Overall I highly recommend them.
