Neil was involved as the salesperson. He constantly used profane language (s**t, p**s), which I felt was unprofessional. He told me that at his price, the dealership wasn't making any money. BS, they get profane language (s**t, p**s), which I felt was unprofessional. He told me that at his price, the dealership wasn't making any money. BS, they get a holdback and a kickback during GM employee pricing promotions. He and Leslie (used car manager) used this technique to justify a low-ball offer on my trade-in. Leslie was just plain antagonistic, resorting to name calling (5th grade anyone?), talking over/through the customer, and minimizing any research I brought with me to justify a rationale trade-in value. The GM, whom I called to complain about the unpleasant experience, was supportive of his employee's behavior. "I've known them for years..." he said. So I guess that means it's alright to be jerks? No, just means the GM is driving the dealership into the ground. No business will survive poor customer relations. No customers, no business. Bye bye. We really like a car they had, but my wife was so appalled at Win Kelly's customer treatment that we went to Jim Coleman Honda the next day and bought the Pilot. They were so nice there. DONT go to Win Kelly Buick/GM. They'll lie, curse, and call ya names, take your money, and not lose a wink of sleep over it. Go somewhere else. After all, American auto manufacturers are doing so well in this economy, they can affort to treat customers poorly, right? More
Win Kelly in Clarksville, Maryland has rude and obnoxious sales associates and managers. I had an appointment for 2pm on Sunday, someone started helping me at 4pm. I was told to ride aound and che obnoxious sales associates and managers. I had an appointment for 2pm on Sunday, someone started helping me at 4pm. I was told to ride aound and check other dealers for cars while they helped other customers. The car that was advertised on line was dirty with mudd and debris inside and out and parked in a field far from the dealer. The sales manager Gary was irritated that I asked him to get if for me. I was also insulted when I was offered 3k dollars under the fair price for my 2002 Mazda Tribute ES 4WD. Since that time 3 other dealers including CarMax have offered me the true value of the vehicle. This was a disturbing experience and is the reason why I prefer to shop on line . Hopefully this will help others choose another dealer wiling to earn their business with good customer service. More

I had seen it on cars.com and did most of the legwork over the phone with a nice fellow Paul. He was great. No probs.

Went in the next day, Paul was not in and I got a real joker who could not get my name right. I fired up the Burb just to make sure it was running. Offered him $31000 on the spot. He mutters something about talking to his manager. He comes back 5 mins later and says "You said $30000 Mr. xxx". I said "Sure" and we shook hands. Drove the thing home about an hour later.

Instant $1000 discount.

I have no other reason to recommend this place. The chevy side appeared shady to me.

Beware, unless you get my salesman :)
More
