Since 2000, Pro-Built Construction has been purchasing vehicles through Win Kelly in Clarksville, MD. The reason we return to them over any other dealership is because the customer service far exceeds ou vehicles through Win Kelly in Clarksville, MD. The reason we return to them over any other dealership is because the customer service far exceeds our expectations everytime we work with them. Their friendly, helpful, prompt, and professional customer service does not end at the sale of the vehicle; their service department is truly exceptional. Employees and extended family members of our business have also used Win Kelly as their source for purchasing their personal vehicles because of the positive experience Pro-Built has had with Win Kelly. They have a bright, clean and engaging showroom, a 5 star sales team, a conscious finance department works diligently to find the right option that works within your budget, a large inventory to choose from on site, the trade-in process is quick and easy with very fair price value for the trade-in vehicle, and with certified world class technicians on site, the service over the life of the vehicle is second to none. Plus, they are big supporters of their local community, they have fun events to attend at the dealership, like the Camaro Club, customer appreciation parties, and the unveiling of new cars is a big party with music and catered food and beverages! It is easy for me to continue to highly recommend Win Kelly to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle and join the extended family of Win Kelly where they truly value you and your business. More
I have purchased my third car from Win Kelly and found them to be direct, honest and interested in my consideration and reasons for purchasing the vehicle. I believe the President, and possibly the owner them to be direct, honest and interested in my consideration and reasons for purchasing the vehicle. I believe the President, and possibly the owner of the dealership, Kevin Bell seems to always be available to discuss any problems or just say a friendly hello. As with any dealership, personnel change, however Mr. Bell seems to manage to bring out the best in his employees as everyone seems to be interested and happy when dealing with customers. It is tough to do business these days and Mr. Bell and Win Kelly personnel seem to realize how important it is to "go the extra mile" and make it well worth bringing one's business to Win Kelly. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in great service, personal attention and a fair price. John Van Horn More

My car had died a week arlier and I had been looking for a fuel efficient and cost effective car. My credit is not the greatest and had been getting the runaround at many other dealerships. The were tryin a fuel efficient and cost effective car. My credit is not the greatest and had been getting the runaround at many other dealerships. The were trying to increase the sale price and make me pay more because of the credit issue. I called Win Kelly and was given all the information professionally over the phone. When I went in to the dealership, Rich was attentive to my needs and listened to what I said. He did not judge me or treat me any differently, like the other places had. Leslie gave me a great price on the Cobalt and the financing was handled by Jennifer who treated me like any other customer, not just someone with bad credit. I have recommended Win Kelly to my friends and family and feel comfortable doing so. I have never had a better buying experience in my life, even when I had great credit! If you are looking for a great experience you should go to Win Kelly. More
I purchased a new Buick Enclave in December 08 and I have had it in for service five times for the same issue and it is still not fixed. The service department tells me that they just can't seem to figure o had it in for service five times for the same issue and it is still not fixed. The service department tells me that they just can't seem to figure out what is wrong with the car. I am now in the process of going thru the lemon law to try to get a new car. The service department was insensative and unreponsive to my issue. I will never use this dealership again. More
I had never been to win kelly service and my friend told me about and how they have a 1.95 oil change which was to good to be true so I had to call and find out more. So I called and spoke to a man down th me about and how they have a 1.95 oil change which was to good to be true so I had to call and find out more. So I called and spoke to a man down there with an accent really nice guy. I asked if i could bring my car in for an oil change on the weekend he told me the hours and wanted to book me an appointment but I said that I wasn't sure if i could make it. Anyway turned out I did make it and a showed up about 12 noon ish. I pulled into the service lane and waited in my car and waited and waited, until final a woman (helen) came over to me, and thats when it all started to go down hill. "Can I help you" like I was in a drive thur getting food, but I through well she must behaving a bad day. "yes I am here for your $1.95 oil change" I said with a happy smile on my face. With that her eyes rolled back in her head she turn around and walk off while talking under her breath, "man this woman is have a really bad day" I thought, then comes back to me a tells me "we are very busy and we will not be doing any more oil changes today" I said to myself should, I tell her that I have driven from P.A, and risk a argument, or just let it go, looking the way she looks I decided to let it go. So I drove to out of there p**sed that I had driven down, and really p**sed that I still had not got my oil changed. So from the day i got nothing done, and big waste of time and money (gas). Note to self and others do not go to Win Kelly on a saturday when she is working call first More
Neil was involved as the salesperson. He constantly used profane language (s**t, p**s), which I felt was unprofessional. He told me that at his price, the dealership wasn't making any money. BS, they get profane language (s**t, p**s), which I felt was unprofessional. He told me that at his price, the dealership wasn't making any money. BS, they get a holdback and a kickback during GM employee pricing promotions. He and Leslie (used car manager) used this technique to justify a low-ball offer on my trade-in. Leslie was just plain antagonistic, resorting to name calling (5th grade anyone?), talking over/through the customer, and minimizing any research I brought with me to justify a rationale trade-in value. The GM, whom I called to complain about the unpleasant experience, was supportive of his employee's behavior. "I've known them for years..." he said. So I guess that means it's alright to be jerks? No, just means the GM is driving the dealership into the ground. No business will survive poor customer relations. No customers, no business. Bye bye. We really like a car they had, but my wife was so appalled at Win Kelly's customer treatment that we went to Jim Coleman Honda the next day and bought the Pilot. They were so nice there. DONT go to Win Kelly Buick/GM. They'll lie, curse, and call ya names, take your money, and not lose a wink of sleep over it. Go somewhere else. After all, American auto manufacturers are doing so well in this economy, they can affort to treat customers poorly, right? More
Win Kelly in Clarksville, Maryland has rude and obnoxious sales associates and managers. I had an appointment for 2pm on Sunday, someone started helping me at 4pm. I was told to ride aound and che obnoxious sales associates and managers. I had an appointment for 2pm on Sunday, someone started helping me at 4pm. I was told to ride aound and check other dealers for cars while they helped other customers. The car that was advertised on line was dirty with mudd and debris inside and out and parked in a field far from the dealer. The sales manager Gary was irritated that I asked him to get if for me. I was also insulted when I was offered 3k dollars under the fair price for my 2002 Mazda Tribute ES 4WD. Since that time 3 other dealers including CarMax have offered me the true value of the vehicle. This was a disturbing experience and is the reason why I prefer to shop on line . Hopefully this will help others choose another dealer wiling to earn their business with good customer service. More

I had seen it on cars.com and did most of the legwork over the phone with a nice fellow Paul. He was great. No probs.

Went in the next day, Paul was not in and I got a real joker who could not get my name right. I fired up the Burb just to make sure it was running. Offered him $31000 on the spot. He mutters something about talking to his manager. He comes back 5 mins later and says "You said $30000 Mr. xxx". I said "Sure" and we shook hands.
