My first visit I have had my car maintained at this Dealership and been satisfied. However, my most recent visit was for replacement of the radio. My first visit concerning the radio...radio was returned to where ever it was ordered from. I believe this was perhaps a miscommunication. So, a gentleman named Mike Porter assisted me and ordered another part. I received a call that the part was in and I traveled with my husband (who is handicaped) to your dealership to have the radio put in and through no part of Mike's the wrong part was sent. Well Mike was kind enough to go the extra mile and he came to my home and picked up my car, drove it back to your dealership, replaced the radio and returned the car in perfect condition, radio and all working just fine. I must say you have a very special employee in Mike Porter. You see my husband is quite ill and it is rather difficult for him to get around and I can not leave him home alone, so when Mike said he would pick up my car, it was such a great help.
