From start to finish it was a great experience. JackPepal went over and above to make our buying experience exceptional. I had a terrific experience with the servicing of my Buick Encore at Koons Clarksville. No only was the issue resolved quickly and completely, but I was notified by my Service Representative, Cassandra Buick Encore at Koons Clarksville. No only was the issue resolved quickly and completely, but I was notified by my Service Representative, Cassandra that the cost was far less than I had expected. in fact, it was Cassandra who impressed me so much that I selected Koons among a number of other possible dealerships. Was sold a 2018 Jaguar and never mentioned that I had a 30-day warranty. The vehicle had bad brakes and a coolant issue, and when I realized that I had a 30-day warranty. I was told that the service department didn’t know anything about my vehicle. After they kept the vehicle for three days and never serviced anything. I got the vehicle back immediately after the warranty expired and the dealer is no longer responsible for fixing the vehicle. At this point, I accepted my loss and will spend extra money to have my vehicle serviced. I am trying to avoid anyone else from making the same mistakes. You would think that the business was respectable business and it's not for non-American vehicles More

Sold me the wrong vehicle. Not the vehicle I purchased from the website. The pictures shown for the vehicle and the description given were not correct. The vehicle I bought had a front grille guard, fog lights, decals on the sides, different rims, fender flares, and in the back a sport bar. The dealership told me that it was a stock photo after the fact, after I had already signed all paperwork, paid for the vehicle, and the vehicle arrived. They mentioned speaking with the general manager to fix the issue for the misunderstanding, and they wanted to split the cost of the front grille guard and the back sport bar, which were the two things I really wanted. I agreed to this the next day, and they denied it, stating that I had bought the right vehicle, that it wasn't their fault that the website had the wrong vehicle and that nobody told me it was the wrong vehicle. That if I wanted the parts, I would have to pay full price for them, they were not going to split the price or install them for free, because it was not their mistake. I also had to write my sales rep. and advised him that the back left signal light wasn't working. I also noticed that in the cabin, it was also missing a plastic cover. This is after they did an inspection on the vehicle and I was already home (2hrs away) that I noticed these things. I would have to say that the vehicle is beautiful, but it's not the vehicle I bought. So, the only way to solve this issue, the dealership just wanted to return the money and for me to buy another vehicle. It's easy for them so say this, because they are not the ones driving 2hrs to buy the vehicle, taking time to do this, and it's taken me 2 weeks to pick-up the vehicle and drive it off the lot. I don't have time to waste, to search for other vehicles, and wait for them to arrive on different dealerships. I chose this one, because the vehicle had everything I wanted, oh so I thought, and the dealership wasn't too far away. They would rather lose a $43,000 sale, than honor what they told me at the dealership. I'm not happy at all, but I don't have the time, not the resources to return the vehicle, search for other vehicles, and wait for them to arrive on different dealerships. I will keep this one, because my kids liked it, but I'm not happy with the dealership in Koons Clarksville, MD. Giving it a two star not a one star because of my sales rep. Spencer Maher, he was very polite, respectful, and it's because of his great customer service, that I bought the vehicle. Thank you Spencer for being so professional and courteous, answering my texts and trying to solve all of the issues, after the fact. More
