This was without a doubt the best car buying experience I have had. Robert was extremely patient with me and my 12 year old daughter. He listened to my needs and proceded to show us several vehicles in our price range. I really liked the fact that he didn't try to pressure us into buying something we didn't need or even want. He also came across as open,honest and sincere while trying to negotiate the final price of the vehicle and I came away feeling good about the end result. As we waited for the paperwork to be processed Robert purchased my daughter and I a drink. He also took the time to show me the service department and explained some of the maintenance services available. In addition Jennifer Petrosino handled the finances and was very courteous and friendly! I felt great about the overall experience and will definitely recommend Win Kelly to my family and friends. Worked with Robert and Howard Lowenthal for almost three hours to find the vehicle that I wanted. We test drove a few trucks and looked at all of the various options that were available. They were very sinc hours to find the vehicle that I wanted. We test drove a few trucks and looked at all of the various options that were available. They were very sincere and discussed the various packages available on the various trucks we examined. Howard and Robert were very personable and when I had a few concerns, they took the time to answer my questions and did not continue to push for the sale. We stayed an hour past their closing time and they made sure the truck was clean, made sure we understaood all the functions, answered our final questions and actually talked to us about other topics AFTER the sale was complete and the dealership was closed. In addition, they actually filled the gas tank.....36 gallons at those prices....thats a deal! Regarding price, I have no clue where we ended up with financing and with the final deal compared to others. I truly value the long term relationship and I hope they priced my vehicle with the relationship in mind. If they got a good deal off of me, well, good for them, but with good customer service and genuine concern for the buyer, it is worth a few extra dollars. More

My wife and I were looking to lease a vehicle for the first time and found that the Sales Person, Bob Mahler, and Sales Manager were very easy and friendly to deal with. Finance department was a welcome departure from past experiences, actually took no for an answer on the first ask, and then simply walked through the advantages of all the items for sale, asked if any were of interest, and moved on when they were not. Very low pressure, high results. Really liked meeting everyone we worked with. Would recommend without hesitation. Find Robert on the floor. I would not have thought of buying from someone else once I met him. More

I must say that I had a GREAT experience... UNTIL I drove off the lot. I had many problems with the dealerships communication and integrity. There was one outstanding agreement noted in my sales contract. I off the lot. I had many problems with the dealerships communication and integrity. There was one outstanding agreement noted in my sales contract. I followed up by leaving multiple messages with the dealership for three days without a returned call. Once I was called, I explained the situation 3 times to different individuals. All of them assured me that management has helped others in similar scenarios and it shouldn’t be a problem. However, this was not the case. I explained the situation to management and was told that they would not honor the salesman’s word. Management insisted on their approach and offered no alternatives. Afterword’s, I contacted the general manager and expressed my discontent which also led to no resolve. I was dumbfounded to realize that management allows anything to be said in order to make a sale, even if that involves lying. Many phone calls later, a simple compromise was made when I decided to skip the dealer and call their contractor. Unlike the dealer, the contracting company was more than happy to accommodate me. It is to my amazement that the compromise came from the contractor which I've never done business with instead of the dealership where I spent 40k. My negative experience could have easily been avoided and an agreement could have been met had management been competent. After 3 weeks of unnecessary confrontation, the sale will soon be complete. Overall, I am dissatisfied with my experience and hope GM incorporates changes so potential consumers don’t encounter the same service I received. The bottom line is once they have your money; don't expect anything but lies and a waste of your time! More

He was able to answer all of my questions, responded to emails and calls promptly, and went out of his way to help me to negotiate a price that met my needs. He got the exact car I wanted, it was beautifully clean, and when I went to pick it up did all the little extra things such as pair my cell phone to the bluetooth without me asking. I would certainly recommend this dealership and Stephen to anyone buying a car, and I would definitely buy a car from him again. More
