I had a vehicle repaired there for minor body work they fixed the rear bumper and driver side quarter panel slight dent on quarter and scratches on side of bumper the estimate they gave was for $888 when fixed the rear bumper and driver side quarter panel slight dent on quarter and scratches on side of bumper the estimate they gave was for $888 when I was told the car was complete I got a bill for $1030.I ask why the difference in price I was told they needed to add things they forgot.I had to pay the extra amount to have the car released. I can understand if the car had unseen damage but this was just small scratches that needed paint work no unseen damage at all. Win kelly took advantage of the situation and I think that people should know about them I left my number for the manager to please call me and I never received a call BAD BUSINESS . More
My wife and I bought a new Chevy Equinox from Win Kelly a few weeks back. We couldnt have been more happy with our sales associate Cory Blackston. He was the sole reason that we came back to Columbia, MD t few weeks back. We couldnt have been more happy with our sales associate Cory Blackston. He was the sole reason that we came back to Columbia, MD to purchase the car as we live a few hours away on the Eastern Shore. After a minor set-back during the actual purchasing process which was handled by the General Manager of the store, we were driving home in our new vehicle. We would like to offer a special thanks to Cory (if you go there looking for a car, ask for him, he is excellent) also a thank you to the store GM. We are extremely happy with our new Equinox. More
I can't say enough about the team that took care of me at Win Kelly Chevy on 11/16/12. My old car was pretty much dead and needed a new one ASAP!. I made an appointment with Rick Young and from the start he was friendly and personable.The test drive felt like a drive with an old friend. There was no run around or heavy handed sales techniques. He asked me a few simple questions to determine my needs an went from there. Quite frankly I didn't think I was going to be able to afford a new car but Rich Hollander was able to get me the deal I wanted. He was respectful and quick. Robin Heintzelman handled my paperwork. She was able to get me what I needed at the price I could afford on the extras and even told me what I could wait for. The paperwork was quick and I was out the door. All in all an excellent car buying experience. I took a bunch of business cards because if anyone I know is looking for a new car I will be pointing them in the direction of Win Kelly. More
Tried to take advantage of me and made up a part that needed to be replaced that did not actually exist. When i brought this to their attention they treated me as if I was the one trying to take advanta needed to be replaced that did not actually exist. When i brought this to their attention they treated me as if I was the one trying to take advantage of them. When actually it was something very simple that needed to be replaced. Mind you this was a 30 dollar part that should have been covered under the emissions warranty (8 year/80,000) . The job called for 18mins of labor. I felt like my satisfaction was not their number one priority. I was talked down to and was denied to talk to the service manager. I waited a half hour to talk to the service manager and then the same guy came back in and said "anything you want to ask him you can ask me". On top of everything they charged me 57.50 for diagnosis of something they could not actually pin point or prove was the problem. I will never give them any business ever again. More
I went in WinKelly with an assumption that I will be meeting an aggressive salesperson who will push everything on me and will force me to buy a vehicle. But to my Surprise, Mr. Stephen Weaver was extremely professional and made the buying process very comfortable for me. From sales person, sales manager to Loan officer; everyone was extremely professional and helpful. Not only their behavior is great, their vehicles are listed at very competitive prices. Thanks to the great team at WinKelly's, now I am a proud owner of 2011 Yukon. My friends and family love it and I have already received many compliments from strangers :-) We are already making plans for our next Vacation. They have a very similar vehicle listed in Black.. GO BUY IT!!!!!!! More

I purchased a 2004 Chevy Trailblazer from Win Kelly and after driving it for one week I noticed a few problems. I took the vehicle back to the dealer; they were very easy to deal with and assured me that t after driving it for one week I noticed a few problems. I was provided with a loaner vehicle (an awesome new Buick) for the duration that my vehicle was in their shop. They repaired my vehicle at no additional charge and kept me informed of the progress daily. Carla was the best customer service rep I have ever worked with. She was very knowledgeable and showed true concern that I received the best service. Win Kelly has a customer for life, all of my future vehicle purchases will be with them. More
We found a used vehicle online for a great price and we promtply visited the dealership the next day. Once seated with our sales guy Rick, one of the management team walked up to tell us the vehicle we were looking at had something wrong with the sunroof, the part was on order and they would correct it for us. I was impressed especially after another dealer sold me a car (we I subsequently returned) the week before and did not disclose a number of issues. The sales process was fine - no pressure, no BS. My only nit...we waited roughly an hour to meet with the finance team only to learn they could not get close to the rate I could get from my bank. Granted they were up front and said we can't match that once we sat down but it took a while to get to that point. Overall, my wife and I are very happy. More

She was not helpful at all and lied on the phone about how long it would take for my car to be serviced. She also did not call me back when she said she would. More
My husband filled out an inquiry online for a Buick Enclave and was contacted by Robert from Win Kelly. My husband agreed to pay the transfer fee to have it transferred. Unfortunately he called us the next day to let us know another dealership put in a call for it an hour before us. Robert called us later that day and said he found another Enclave that had everything we were looking for plus the 'hit the road' package. So we went to the dealershp to see it the vehicle the following day. The vehicle looked great, nicely cleaned up and everything. I wasn't interested in test driving the car (since I had already test driven one), so we went right in to look at the numbers. My husband began negotiating the price and Robert was very patient with us as he went back and forth to Rich. This vehicle was priced more than what we were originally quoted for the other vehicle that slipped through our fingers. Win Kelly did a great job at getting us out the door with a price we were comfortable with. We could tell they really appreciate their customers and are in the business of selling vehicles. We didn't expect to buy a vehicle that night but I rode home in the new Buick Enclave. Naturally car shopping takes a while and everyone at the dealership was very patient with us as our 1-year old ran around while we got through all the paper work. Jim, the finance guy, was really good too at getting our finance done. We received one rate (maybe because it was late at night), but he re-did the financing the following day after speaking with the bank for us to get the reduced rate. We would definitely recommend Win Kelly to anyone in the Howard County/Anne Arundel County area. More
