I went to Win Kelly on February 25, 2013 to have my 2007 Pontiac G6 worked on. While an estimate was being completed, I decided to look at the new vehicles. I had been looking for the past few weeks, but was not entirely serious about it, considering my vehicle was paid off. I was greeted by Stephen Weaver shortly after walking onto the showroom floor. He was very friendly and professional. I told him my car was having problems and may be interested in buying. I was also looking into something more economical and family oriented. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed into a decision by Stephen. He was able to answer all of my questions and knew details about each vehicle i inquired, including Buicks and Chevys. Again, I did not exactly intend to purchase on this day. Well, Stephen made it happen. I ended up leasing a 2013 Chevy Equinox, and I am very happy with the vehicle and my experience! I have never leased before, but Stephen was able to explain every detail, which made me feel comfortable. Overall I would recommend Win Kelly Chevrolet and Stephen as the Salesman!! He was kowledgeable on every vehicle I was interested in. More
WORST REPAIR EXPEREINCE EVER. TERRIBLE QUALITY. Where do I ever begin? What started as a simple repair following light body damage to the side of the vehicle turned into a multiple month ordeal. Winn Kelly made a mess of the original repairs – poor quality painting and clear coat work, painting over sand dust particles, and damaging other parts during their repairs. They entire job had to be re-done. Similar issues when they worked the vehicle the 2nd time. Uggh! They also left the interior a complete mess. And they cut the headliner cloth. They actually had to re-do the entire work – sand, prime and paint a 3rd and 4th time. The last 2 rounds were due to the paint blistering with numerous dime sized bubbles appearing in the finish. THESE GUYS ARE THE WORST OF THE WORST! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! My vehicle was fixed correctly, the 1st time, when it was taken to a different body shop. More
The dealership did not take my complaint into account, and failed to fix the problem they were presented with. They also changed my rear brake pads and discs prematurely. I have had this problem before on the other side of the car. The dealership that fixed the problem before had the problem Identified. Win Kelly denied this to be the correct solution. They readjusted the tracks on my sunroof assuming that this was the problem. It was not, they had assured me that my car would NOT leak. My car continues to leak as it did before. I was not given a loaner while this was being fixed. I am very disappointed with the service of this dealership. I will not be using them again. More
The best experience I have ever had. Robert got my deal done in less than 4 hours. The whole staff was great l bypassed many other dealers and I am soo glad I did. I had a vehicle repaired there for minor body work they fixed the rear bumper and driver side quarter panel slight dent on quarter and scratches on side of bumper the estimate they gave was for $888 when fixed the rear bumper and driver side quarter panel slight dent on quarter and scratches on side of bumper the estimate they gave was for $888 when I was told the car was complete I got a bill for $1030.I ask why the difference in price I was told they needed to add things they forgot.I had to pay the extra amount to have the car released. I can understand if the car had unseen damage but this was just small scratches that needed paint work no unseen damage at all. Win kelly took advantage of the situation and I think that people should know about them I left my number for the manager to please call me and I never received a call BAD BUSINESS . More
My wife and I bought a new Chevy Equinox from Win Kelly a few weeks back. We couldnt have been more happy with our sales associate Cory Blackston. He was the sole reason that we came back to Columbia, MD t few weeks back. We couldnt have been more happy with our sales associate Cory Blackston. He was the sole reason that we came back to Columbia, MD to purchase the car as we live a few hours away on the Eastern Shore. After a minor set-back during the actual purchasing process which was handled by the General Manager of the store, we were driving home in our new vehicle. We would like to offer a special thanks to Cory (if you go there looking for a car, ask for him, he is excellent) also a thank you to the store GM. We are extremely happy with our new Equinox. More
I can't say enough about the team that took care of me at Win Kelly Chevy on 11/16/12. My old car was pretty much dead and needed a new one ASAP!. I made an appointment with Rick Young and from the start he was friendly and personable.The test drive felt like a drive with an old friend. There was no run around or heavy handed sales techniques. He asked me a few simple questions to determine my needs an went from there. Quite frankly I didn't think I was going to be able to afford a new car but Rich Hollander was able to get me the deal I wanted. He was respectful and quick. Robin Heintzelman handled my paperwork. She was able to get me what I needed at the price I could afford on the extras and even told me what I could wait for. The paperwork was quick and I was out the door. All in all an excellent car buying experience. I took a bunch of business cards because if anyone I know is looking for a new car I will be pointing them in the direction of Win Kelly. More
Tried to take advantage of me and made up a part that needed to be replaced that did not actually exist. When i brought this to their attention they treated me as if I was the one trying to take advanta needed to be replaced that did not actually exist. When i brought this to their attention they treated me as if I was the one trying to take advantage of them. When actually it was something very simple that needed to be replaced. Mind you this was a 30 dollar part that should have been covered under the emissions warranty (8 year/80,000) . The job called for 18mins of labor. I felt like my satisfaction was not their number one priority. I was talked down to and was denied to talk to the service manager. I waited a half hour to talk to the service manager and then the same guy came back in and said "anything you want to ask him you can ask me". On top of everything they charged me 57.50 for diagnosis of something they could not actually pin point or prove was the problem. I will never give them any business ever again. More
I went in WinKelly with an assumption that I will be meeting an aggressive salesperson who will push everything on me and will force me to buy a vehicle. But to my Surprise, Mr. Stephen Weaver was extremely professional and made the buying process very comfortable for me. From sales person, sales manager to Loan officer; everyone was extremely professional and helpful. Not only their behavior is great, their vehicles are listed at very competitive prices. Thanks to the great team at WinKelly's, now I am a proud owner of 2011 Yukon. My friends and family love it and I have already received many compliments from strangers :-) We are already making plans for our next Vacation. They have a very similar vehicle listed in Black.. GO BUY IT!!!!!!! More
