We were offered choices with excellent details so we could make an informed decision but was not pushy(can't say that about some of my other car buying experiences). We got a great price on the car we purchased ($1500.00 less than identical vehicles advertised elsewhere). Great dealer processing time too- done in about 2 1/2 hours from start to signing the final paper work. P.S great follow thru from our sales consultant Paul - he called to check on us to see if we were still happy with our purchase and that he gotten for us a trunk cargo net and a console tray. He thought they would make a nice addition for our car and it was his gift to us. Now that is above and beyond what we have ever experienced from other sales consultants. Hope he keeps up the good work and we hope everyone comes in and asks for Paul personally!!! We certainly will be referring him as often as we can. More
I went to Win Kelley, knowing the name for years as a staple in the Howard County and Clarksville area. Prior to my test drive and purchase of a 2013 GMC Terrain, I stopped in for a test drive, having had my eye on the car for a while. I'm a people person, and am thrilled with the level of personal service and warmth that I felt at Win Kelley. Robert was incredibly helpful, as well as was Brian. After we finalized the deal, working with Robin was a pleasure as well. As a side note, my father has also purchased a Chevy Avalanche from Win Kelley and has always known the m to be friendly and good to work with. I'm incredibly excited about my Terrain, and looking forward to working with Robert and Win Kelley in the future. Highly, highly recommended. More

Don't ever go to Win Kelly for service. I took my Suburban there because of a rubbing noise under the truck. They charged me 230 dollars for a diagnosis. The diagnosis and reccomendation was that I Suburban there because of a rubbing noise under the truck. They charged me 230 dollars for a diagnosis. The diagnosis and reccomendation was that I needed to replace the transfer case, replace the encoder motor and have the rear end of the truck totally rebuilt. (All new bearings and seals). The total bill for all of this was $4200.00 dollars! The truck only has 87 thousand miles on it. I took the truck to SHORE TRANSMISSIONS in Centerville , Md. This shop is run by somebody that I completely trust. They charged me exactly ZERO for a diagnosis. Their diagnosid was that I needed new bearings and seals in the rear end. They said ,THE ENCODER MOTOR AND TRANSFER CASE WERE IN GOOD WORKING ORDER. Win Kelly is , in my opinion, a dishonest repair shop. More
Saw they posted an ad for a used pickup truck at 8:17AM 4/26. I drove to dealership and arrived there at 11:45AM the same day to see it. After finding a salesman, I was told the truck had been sold the p 4/26. I drove to dealership and arrived there at 11:45AM the same day to see it. After finding a salesman, I was told the truck had been sold the previous night. Why are they posting ads *after* they've sold a vehicle? As I write this, the ad is still up on Craigslist and several other websites. The salesman was unapologetic and responded rudely when asked why they are posting ads for vehicles they don't have. They clearly have no respect for your time and will happily lie to draw you in to their dealership where they can waste more of your time. More
First off, wow is all I can say. I have never had a better experience at a dealer EVER, I've purchased many vehicles over the years and this was the easiest, smoothest and BY FAR the best customer serv better experience at a dealer EVER, I've purchased many vehicles over the years and this was the easiest, smoothest and BY FAR the best customer service I've ever received. We called ahead and set up an appointment to come look at a GMC Yukon XL and when we arrived we were met by our Sales Rep Bob Dempsey who was very courteous and a true pleasure to be around. He immediately took us out and showed us the vehicle and gave us a very detailed walk around and explained everything possible about the vehicle (to include what all the switches do, showed us all the features, etc). He then took us on an awesome test drive that even included going into an empty parking lot to demonstrate how easy it is to park this ginormous SUV. Bob also made the haggling/financing portion of the deal go the quickest I have ever experienced and he helped ensure we got the price we were looking for. After the price was agreed upon, Robin was lightning fast in getting the paperwork generated and she went out of her way to get us employee pricing for our additional options (extended warranty, service plan, etc) and saved us a great deal of money. She did a superb job explaining everything we were signing and she was just a pleasure to be around! After we finished up with Robin, Bob had our vehicle ready to go and he even took the time to help my wife pair her phone to the Bluetooth in the vehicle and also helped us set up and he also helped us get our OnStar up and running. Again, this was an AWESOME experience, I still can't get over how great Bob, Robin and all the folks at Win Kelly are. They made making the biggest purchase in my wife and I's life a total breeze. I will definitely recommend Win Kelly to all my friends that are looking to purchase a GM product!!! More
I went to Win Kelly on February 25, 2013 to have my 2007 Pontiac G6 worked on. While an estimate was being completed, I decided to look at the new vehicles. I had been looking for the past few weeks, but Pontiac G6 worked on. While an estimate was being completed, I decided to look at the new vehicles. I had been looking for the past few weeks, but was not entirely serious about it, considering my vehicle was paid off. I was greeted by Stephen Weaver shortly after walking onto the showroom floor. He was very friendly and professional. I told him my car was having problems and may be interested in buying. I was also looking into something more economical and family oriented. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed into a decision by Stephen. He was able to answer all of my questions and knew details about each vehicle i inquired, including Buicks and Chevys. Again, I did not exactly intend to purchase on this day. Well, Stephen made it happen. I ended up leasing a 2013 Chevy Equinox, and I am very happy with the vehicle and my experience! I have never leased before, but Stephen was able to explain every detail, which made me feel comfortable. Overall I would recommend Win Kelly Chevrolet and Stephen as the Salesman!! He was kowledgeable on every vehicle I was interested in. More
WORST REPAIR EXPEREINCE EVER. TERRIBLE QUALITY. Where do I ever begin? What started as a simple repair following light body damage to the side of the vehicle turned into a multiple month ordeal. Winn Kelly made a mess of the original repairs – poor quality painting and clear coat work, painting over sand dust particles, and damaging other parts during their repairs. They entire job had to be re-done. Similar issues when they worked the vehicle the 2nd time. Uggh! They also left the interior a complete mess. And they cut the headliner cloth. They actually had to re-do the entire work – sand, prime and paint a 3rd and 4th time. The last 2 rounds were due to the paint blistering with numerous dime sized bubbles appearing in the finish. THESE GUYS ARE THE WORST OF THE WORST! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! My vehicle was fixed correctly, the 1st time, when it was taken to a different body shop. More
The dealership did not take my complaint into account, and failed to fix the problem they were presented with. They also changed my rear brake pads and discs prematurely. I have had this problem before on the other side of the car. The dealership that fixed the problem before had the problem Identified. Win Kelly denied this to be the correct solution. They readjusted the tracks on my sunroof assuming that this was the problem. It was not, they had assured me that my car would NOT leak. My car continues to leak as it did before. I was not given a loaner while this was being fixed. I am very disappointed with the service of this dealership. I will not be using them again. More
The best experience I have ever had. Robert got my deal done in less than 4 hours. The whole staff was great l bypassed many other dealers and I am soo glad I did.
