When I took it there for repair they accused me of having a machette in the trunk of the car, when they sold it to me with it in the car. Why the mechanic was in the trunk looking through a hidden bag is another question. The following week all the spark plugs were bad and when i went to talk to a manager she YELLED at me and took no responsibility for all the issues with the car and would not give me any sort of discount even though clearly the car was not inspected before it was sold. Then the door that they were supposed to repair, they didnt fix correct so while i was driving my door flung open and would not shut and i had to hold it shut. I finally went up there with my father and they apologized to him even though he didn not even purchase the vehicle and they never once apologized to me. I stopped going to them for repair but every week after was another service issue. I should have got a lawyer and sued them for selling me a lemon!!! More

Horrible Service Customer Service The worst service I have ever received...and repeatedly. I bought my SUV from this dealership in 2011 and the process was okay, middle of the road. Since then for the past 3 years, I have been going there to get my service and I have seen the service level decline each time. Right now it is downright horrible. If you call the phone number to get to the service department, they transfer you and the phone rings and rings and rings forever. Then when you hang up and call them again, they do the same thing over and over and over again. I have never been able to get to the service department in the past 6 months. I have had to leave several messages with them and with a manager just to get an appointment. I have gotten the outsourced company to remind me that I need a service, while I was waiting for someone to get back to me for the service. Even when I am in there getting a service, they are downright horrible. The last time they forgot about me for 3 hours. I don't think they would have remembered had I not brought it to their attention...and I had an appointment. I kept getting a low tire and kept telling them that I thought there was a leak and it took going there 3 times for them to repair. They kept just filling it with air and sending me home. I went there 3 times with an engine light one and I believe they just turned it off manually without checking it. The third time they figured I had a problem with the sensor. go figure.... I have gotten several service call surveys and I keep telling them that I am deeply unsatisfied and want a call. Never got one. Yesterday, when I asked why I couldn't get to the service department, the lady on the phone told me she had no idea. When I told her that this is not right, she told me to have a good day. I am having a great day at Ourisman Chevrolet of Bowie. Thanks. More
Amazing customer service I can not tell you how amazing my experience was. I bought my 2014 impala and it was time for an oil change. Not only did I get an appt immediately I can not tell you how amazing my experience was. I bought my 2014 impala and it was time for an oil change. Not only did I get an appt immediately but they took care of the recall on my car immediately. I was in and out in a little over an hour. I will definitely be doing all my car service at Win Kelly. Kudos to this dealership! More
Surprised they are in the repair business Worst dealer experience after 30 years of owning GM cars. Totally cannot service what they sell. I'm very happy with the customer service I received from both Mr. Seaboch and Gary Collett they made my misery turn into delight and my updated review will reflect that. I can't thank them enough having my vehicle fixed and for providing me a rental car to use while it was in the shop. Gary is very detail oriented and when he said my car was complete this time it was I could find a flaw. Thank you gentlemen. I purchased my 2014 Chevrolet Impala from Win Kelly in November 2013 I have no complaints in regard to theirs sales team. However, in July my car was hit on the rear side by another vehicle and needed the paint repaired with my previous experience I thought highly of them and decided to take my vehicle there. That’s when everything went downhill they repaired my car initially in two days, but then I had the worst call of my life my vehicle had been hit on their property by a truck my driver’s side door was dented, mirror knocked off and some sort of damage to my fender I was unable to see my vehicle till later in the evening and they had already started repairs without consent. The headlight was also damaged which I had to fight to have fixed and I was told quote “The reason for the condensation in the headlight is because headlights breathe”. In my experience a headlight doesn’t have water in it unless damaged. But, wait it doesn’t end there I had to go 3 times to pick up my car. I sent it back the first time because the paint wasn’t right they had clear coated dirt to my vehicle, the second time I went up the hood wasn’t lined up correctly and my grill was sticking out about a half inch. Finally after a week I was told my car was completed I go to pick up the vehicle and the Impala logo was missing from the vehicle which luckily they found also the door handle cover was misplaced and I seem to be the only one to notice that and they had to order me a replacement. They ordered the item in and I went to go pick it up and informed the manager there that my door lock was not correctly put in place and he told me to bring it back but I did not I will never take my car there ever again. Till this day my car still isn’t right I don’t have clear coat on the panel on my driver’s side and my grill is broken they apparently broke a clip and I keep having to push it back in place so now I will be out of money to repair my car because I refuse to take it back to the body shop out of fear it will come back worse! More
Poor experience in service. Poor work / late to complete I brought my '03 Chevrolet 2500HD in for a simple front end alignment appointment. I had previously been to Win Kelly for service on a Corvette and de I brought my '03 Chevrolet 2500HD in for a simple front end alignment appointment. I had previously been to Win Kelly for service on a Corvette and despite a poor experience the first time (for a recall) I took a chance and dropped it off on a Wednesday night for a Thursday morning appointment. I was assured the truck would be done that day which was critical due to needing the truck to tow a trailer on a long trip the following day. The dealership was open until 6PM and when I hadn't heard from them at 4 PM I called. The adviser assured me it would be done in a half hour, so I rode my bicycle to the dealer to pick up the truck. When I arrived, it was still in the service bay. A different adviser told me it would likely not be done until the following day. After reminding the adviser that I was promised the vehicle that day and that it was a simple front end alignment that didn't get started until late in the day, they agreed to complete the work. To their credit, the dealership stayed open late to complete the work. However when I got into the truck I found that the steering wheel was 15 degrees off center. The alignment had not been completed correctly. I ended up fixing the issue myself at home and will never go back to Win Kelly. More
Great service experience I recently moved back to Columbia and I took my Terrain in for service at Win Kelly. I was very surprised to see their new renovated dealership. My service visit was quick, price was just what I was expecting, no surprises. People in the service department were super friendly and made me feel very welcome. I'm so happy to have a local dealer I can trust and rely on, thanks Win Kelly for the great experience. More
Great Service I was visiting family in the area when my car wouldn't start while shopping at the local mall there in Columbia. I called the dealership and was told I was visiting family in the area when my car wouldn't start while shopping at the local mall there in Columbia. I called the dealership and was told the Service department was closed. I was sent to service voicemail but a Mr.Johnson answered the phone and after listening to my situation came to assist me. After a few minutes under the hood the car started. He said a relay had failed and he swapped it with another so I could get back on the road. I was impressed with his knowledge and your dealerships level of customer service. Thank you very much Mr.Johnson for you help even at dinner time. I think I will make the trip down here when I am ready to my next car. More
Service Recall Experience I took my Saturn Ion to Win Kelly Service on 07/24/14 with a scheduled appointment for the GM ignition recall. When I returned 8 hours later to pick I took my Saturn Ion to Win Kelly Service on 07/24/14 with a scheduled appointment for the GM ignition recall. When I returned 8 hours later to pick up my car, I was informed by David Johnson that my car wasn’t even looked at. David Johnson (Lane Manager) did not apologize nor offer any legitimate reason why my car was not serviced. I left with my car and a very bad impression of the Win Kelly Service Department. First thing the next morning, Lyle (Service Manager) called to apologize for the terrible treatment I received the day before. He assured me that he and Kevin Bell (Managing Partner) take very seriously their customers’ concerns. Within 24 hours of my conversation with Lyle, my Saturn was serviced for the recall. Based on my dealings with Lyle (Service Manager) I would give Win Kelly Service Department 5 stars. David Johnson is a 1 star, if that. Thank you, Lyle. More
