Laid-back sales experience. On 9/26 I leased my 1st vehicle from Win Kelly. I've gone there for years solely for car service. But due to unforeseen circumstances, I found myself in the market to purchase a new vehicle. I worked with Daniel Bryant in Sales. He was very knowledgeable about the GM lineup. He also listened to my prerequisites for the type of car I wanted to purchase and the payments I wanted to make. After test-driving a couple of automobiles, I kept coming back to the Buick. Though, I did go a little above what I intended to pay (who knew I would end up in a SUV), I wouldn't change a thing, I ended up getting a 2015 Buick Encore and I LOVE this little SUV. The sales team worked in a number of incentives to reduce the cost and what I would be paying per month. Most importantly I walked away not feeling as though I had been coerced or hoodwinked into something I really didn't want. Whenever, I happen to be in the market for another vehicle, I would certainly use Win Kelly again and work with Daniel B. for sure. More
Back again I had such a great experience when I purchased a new Camaro from Robert Haas about a month ago . so I went back and purchased a new Chevy Cruze. The best price and good people and I live about 250 miles away from the dealer and could not find a new Cruze with all the options anywhere else. Lied to me on my first visit to service my Chevy I came to the dealership for a regular service that was covered by the manufacturer. I left feeling cheated and lied to and will *not* be coming back I came to the dealership for a regular service that was covered by the manufacturer. I left feeling cheated and lied to and will *not* be coming back. The mechanic mentioned a lot of things that need to be serviced, such as Transmission Fluid Exchange, Fuel Exchange Service etc. "All the fluids are turned to black" he says. According to him the car was also out of alignment and he could fix all these for $600+. I turned down the realignment service but ended up getting the other items for $500. It later turns out that my car (after confirming with 2 other shops) WAS NOT out of alignment. The mechanic had just lied. As per these other shops, the Fuel exchange service is not needed for at least until 60K miles and the transmission fuel exchange for at least until 100K miles. My car doesn't have anywhere close to that mileage. My hope was that the dealership will deal with me in good faith and build trust. In my experience this dealership was out to make a quick buck out of me, a first time customer, and I am left feeling they were just desperate to make a quick buck from me. I am not sure what GM (my manufacturer) thinks of dealers like this. "You fool me once shame of you. You fool me twice shame on me." I hope my experience serves to help others. More
