Called the dealership on a Wednesday night. Spoke to Will about a car I saw online suggested I come in the next day to see it. Test drove the car liked it but not the color. Saw the same model on showroom floor and Will made a deal that was to my liking. Sealed the deal that night with a deposit. Will had the car ready for pick up the following Sunday. Great Deal!!!! Fed up with bad service I can't stomach or pay for any more of this crap. I got a routine oil change for a 2009 GMC Acadia on Saturday Dec 5. I did not drive the vehicle I can't stomach or pay for any more of this crap. I got a routine oil change for a 2009 GMC Acadia on Saturday Dec 5. I did not drive the vehicle Sunday. On the way to work Monday, I received a "oil pressure low, shut off engine" fault. I immediately pulled over on the highway to turn the car off. I turned it back on and the fault disappeared. The fault showed up again Thursday on the way home from work. I pulled over into a fast food parking lot to turn the car off. I then called WinKelly to schedule a service appointment. I showed up 10 minutes early and stated my issue exactly as I had described above. I also told the service worker (Wayne Meadows) that I researched the problem and found out that most times, it's a dirty filter. He then told me there would be a $150 diagnostic charge regardless if they find something majorly wrong or not. I believe I should NOT be paying $150 if it's a dirty filter. ESPECIALLY since I just got an oil change 6 days ago. It was told to me that an oil change does not cause the fault, and that the fault is completely unrelated to getting an oil change. I get that, however, oil pressure IS related to the oil, because it is oil related. I was then told it would take 1 to 1.5 hours before they could find out if anything was wrong after making an appointment. In addition, if it's something major, the dealership can't fix it today, it would have to be done later in the week. While typing this, I was just informed that it's gonna cost $790 to replace an oil pressure switch but the estimate the dealership gave me says "oil sender is leaking oil", last I checked, a switch failure DOES NOT EQUAL TO A LEAK. I believe he is trying to make it sound worse than it is. I did some research to find out that the oil pressure sender costs between $45 and $65 while the labor should be between $70 and $140 for a 2009 GMC Acadia. I know its located on the left of the oil filter just under the belt and a special tool is needed to remove it. I do not believe this is $790 worth of work and that the dealership or Wayne himself, is trying to get over on me......so not only do I have to pay $150 diagnostic fee, I also have to pay an additional $790 for this oil pressure sender replacement. This is one of the major issues I have had with this dealership service department. Here is what happened the past year: As soon as I paid off my Acadia September of 2014, within 3 months, I've had spark plugs go bad. No big deal, got those replaced ($996). 2 months later 2 catalytic converters went bad and I needed a new water pump, which is very expensive ($2696. one of the catalytic converters was claimed to have been under a bunch of stuff, but I did research and found out, this is true). No problem, got that taken care of. 2 more months later, the check engine light came on. I went to get it checked out and they kept the car for 3 days trying to figure out what was wrong. Each day, I never got a call. I had to call the dealership myself at the end of each day to get a status update, including the last day where they told me " oh yeah, it's ready for you to pick up" After another expensive replacement ($1623), my automatic tailgate gave out a month later. I had them check it to see what's wrong. At the time, I was also getting 2 new brakes, 4 tires, an oil change and tire rotation, so I was warry that the cost was getting expensive. They never told me it would cost $150 just to check the auto lift gate, but only $70 to fix it. Once I found out that an extra $220 would be needed to complete tailgate repair, ( I was already spending $1800 for the brakes and tires) I told them, never mind and leave the tail gate alone. I was THEN INFORMED it would cost $150 for them to look at it and since it was too late, I might as well pay the extra $70 to get it fixed. I told them no thanks because I've dumped enough money into the Acadia for the year 2015. (Almost $8500 in engine parts replacement $700 for brakes $300 in diagnostic fees and $380 in oil changes, tire rotations, etc.) In addition to these outrageous and surprising costs, whenever my car is finished service, I can see my car parked out front ready to go, but no one calls my name to pay for service so I can leave in a timely manner. THIS HAPPENS EVERY TIME. The first time I waited 1.5 hours before someone called me over for payment. Another time, it was an hour. I started asking about my car as soon as I see it pulled up out front to avoid waiting. I will admit the last 3 times I been here, I have been called in a timely manner, but I been coming here about 4 times a year for 6 YEARS!! The service staff used to be rude, although I will admit that that has changed for the better as well. They have a great shuttle service, that has all of a sudden stopped running on Saturdays. I was told that the shuttle never ran on Saturdays, but I only get my services done on a Saturday and I used to get shuttled home all the time. The only reason I give this place 1 star is because of the shuttle, and better staff with less attitude. Otherwise, it gets nothing from me. My wife wrote a bad review about 3 years ago when she witnessed me encountering the staff with bad attitudes and noticed how long it took them to call me for payment of services. The manager spoke to me over the phone and tried to get us to either remove the review or follow up with a better one. Neither which I have done. I have been loyal to this dealership for 6 years. Every time I show up for a service appointment, I think things will be different, but it's the same bad service most of the time. Needless to say, this is my last visit to the dealership. I will also never buy another American made car considering I've owned 2 Honda Accords and neither one had engine problems at all. I drove one to 110,000 before I totaled it and drove one to 145,000 miles and sold it to get the Acadia. The Acadia wasn't even at 100,000 miles with all these engine problems. At the very least I will never by Chevy or GMC. I hope this review was helpful to you. Also, if you keep getting screwed over by this dealership, PLEASE leave a review. I don't understand how you they get so many good reviews since I experience bad service 98% of the time I come here. I can understand once or twice, but every single time? More

Given the location of the dealership (Auto Dr. is literally every manufacturer dealership back to back) they know they have to compete. Came in looking to lease a Base Buick Encore during a national promo. They had a loaner they needed to let go, I needed a leased vehicle. Not only was there no haggling involved, but they hooked me up with a leather trim (+2 over base) that ended up actually costing less than the national promo rate. Win-Win if you ask me. Robert Haas was very approachable and helped walk me through the features of the vehicle, I would definitely recommend More

Couldn't Have Been Better Robert Haas was very easy to work with. He knew my bottom line and worked hard to deliver the vehicle I wanted within my budget. I ended up ordering Robert Haas was very easy to work with. He knew my bottom line and worked hard to deliver the vehicle I wanted within my budget. I ended up ordering a GMC Terrain to my exact specs and Robert kept me up to date with the status of my vehicle throughout the process. My Terrain was ordered from the factory and delivered blindingly fast (less than 4 weeks) and Robert kept his eye out to let me know the minute it arrived as he knew I was in desperate need to get out of the vehicle I had been borrowing. This is not my first vehicle purchase, so I have previous experience to compare to- this was much easier and none of the salesman games or price-haggling compared to that "other" place. I would absolutely recommend salesman Robert Haas and Win Kelly Chevrolet Buick GMC and know I will be a return customer as well. More
