Do not buy here if you are a woman, unless you want to be talked down to and mansplained. A few sentences I heard at my time at Koons: -you look too young to have two kids -will your husband be ok if you w talked down to and mansplained. A few sentences I heard at my time at Koons: -you look too young to have two kids -will your husband be ok if you want to take this car home today? -do you know what residual value is? -a long winded explanation of how leasing a car works I walked in without checking Dealerrater (rookie mistake) and got the freshest sales rep out of training. He then introduced me to his sales manager who proceeded to explain to me how leasing and trading in cars worked. I would have bought the car today had I not had such a terrible experience. Good thing there are many GMC dealers around :) I will fine one who does not treat you differently because you are a woman. More
From start to finish it was a great experience. JackPepal went over and above to make our buying experience exceptional. He physical searched the lot to make sure the vehicle was still available and JackPepal went over and above to make our buying experience exceptional. I had a terrific experience with the servicing of my Buick Encore at Koons Clarksville. No only was the issue resolved quickly and completely, but I was notified by my Service Representative, Cassandra Buick Encore at Koons Clarksville. No only was the issue resolved quickly and completely, but I was notified by my Service Representative, Cassandra that the cost was far less than I had expected. in fact, it was Cassandra who impressed me so much that I selected Koons among a number of other possible dealerships. What a great experience !!! More
Was sold a 2018 Jaguar and never mentioned that I had a 30-day warranty. The vehicle had bad brakes and a coolant issue, and when I realized that I had a 30-day warranty. I tried to use the warranty with t 30-day warranty. The vehicle had bad brakes and a coolant issue, and when I realized that I had a 30-day warranty. I tried to use the warranty with the dealership. I was told that the service department didn’t know anything about my vehicle. After they kept the vehicle for three days and never serviced anything. I got the vehicle back immediately after the warranty expired and the dealer is no longer responsible for fixing the vehicle. At this point, I accepted my loss and will spend extra money to have my vehicle serviced. I am trying to avoid anyone else from making the same mistakes. You would think that the business was respectable business and it's not for non-American vehicles More
