The service advisor (can't remember his name) let me know that it would take about an hour and 15 minutes to complete my service (they had a large group of cars in front of me). Just over an hour later my vehicle was ready and I was on the road. I will drive a little farther away to get my vehicle serviced at Winn Kelly. The only improvement I would suggest is to be provided descriptions of all of the extended service and extended warranty options prior to going through the paper signing process. The signing process should focus on implementing the decisions that have already been discussed. More
