He was pleasant, honest, and extremely professional throughout the entire process. The professionalism and friendly atmosphere did not stop there! I spoke to and emailed other members of the staff who were also very pleasant and professional I can only remember a few I dealt with by email (Steve Ageloff - lead settlement officer & Tom Snyder - New Car Sales Manger). There was also one gentleman on his break in the waiting room who was talking to my friend as she waited for me who I found very enthusiastic so needless to say I will definitely be coming back to Koons Ford Baltimore for all of my future purchases. When I arrived at the dealership, I was happy to find they were so busy. I felt it would be a great opportunity to check out the cars without feeling the pressure of a salesperson. Even though I truly wanted to just look, I had questions about the differences in crossovers and SUVs, as well as the possibility of going with another sedan. Dennis was so patient and knowledgeable, I couldn't have asked for a better shopping experience. I can't tell you how comfortable it was, getting the information I needed, without feeling pressured. I knew before shopping at Koon's that I wanted an American car. Now I know that I definitely want a Ford, (either an Edge or a Taurus) and I also know, I'll be buying it at Koons's Ford. More
