Koons Ford made an offer on my car on Car Gurus, so I took it in. I was greeted at the door by Michelle McBride who walked me through the steps in a friendly and gracious manner. They were extremely dishonest with me. Also, they took advantage of my kindness and trustworthiness. I told them that I recently got out of the military and am working full time in the pri Also, they took advantage of my kindness and trustworthiness. I told them that I recently got out of the military and am working full time in the private sector and need a reliable car for my wife and our 4 children so that I don’t have to worry about it when I am working. This is the second car as of right now that still has issues and I haven’t heard back yet from them. They do not care about our military members or their families that have sacrificed so much. It’s really sad. Now I am stuck with a car with major issues and spent over $50k on it. More
