Showed me several cars and I decided on this one because it only had 28k miles on it and it is very fuel efficient. The payment was also within my budget. Justen was not applying a lot of unnecessary pressure on me and was not pushy as some sales personnel can be. He made me feel very comfortable while I was there and followed up with me after the sale was completed to see if I was satisfied. There was a problem with the air conditioning blower motor resistor but it was replaced promptly by their service department in Stafford. They were also very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend going in to see Justen Thompson at Koons Automotive if you are looking to purchase a vehicle.
