I highly recommend Alan Soon who was our sales rep for our new Rav 4 Limited. I began my correspondence with Alan via an internet inquiry. He answered my questions directly and honestly. At the dealership we test drove the Rav 4 LImiited 4 cal. Upon further discussion he detected we war not totally happy with the pick-up on merging at highway speed. He suggested we then drive the 6-cly. version. There was no pressure. He was not trying to talk us into a more expensive vehicle. We made the decision to go with the 6-cly. and negotiated a very fair deal on a lease. He outstanding customer service and responsiveness made our trip from Maryland to Virginia worthwhile. Our only complaint about the dealership was the wait from the time we agreed on the price to getting into to see the business manager. This had nothing to do with Alan. I wold definitely buy another car from him. More
