Special ordered parts that were received next day, and these were not your typical parts! Worked with pricing and at the end of the day, he made my life easier. This is how business should be done in today’s busy world. Will definitely maintain a purchasing relationship with this department for years to come. The parts guys deserve a raise! I can only wish working with people in my community would go this smoothly all the time; helpful people making/taking time to do what is right makes this world a more beautiful place during our twilight zone era times. Thank you KOOL Toyota parts department. More

Felt deceived I look on line for a used Camry, they had a 2012 certified, for $16,431. We went to the lot and talked to Brian Foster, he let us drive it. When we re I look on line for a used Camry, they had a 2012 certified, for $16,431. We went to the lot and talked to Brian Foster, he let us drive it. When we returned and started to negotiate a price he looked at his paper, and said that car is on the lot for $16,931. When I told him the sticker in the window and the internet price was $16,431. His reply was the price is always a little lower on the internet, and the person who puts in the window stickers put the wrong one in that at car. We made an offer, he came back from the manager with the counter offer, and said the window sticker guy is getting his butt chewed out right now. We exchanged offers again, and he returned saying I could get to your offer if we could decertify the car, BUT Toyota changed their policy Jan. 1 2015 we are not allowed to do that anymore. We left it at that. Two days later we stopped in to see if they would take our offer, and low and behold the sticker on the car was still $16,431. Brian's Sheet now had it at $16,631, I asked him why the sticker was still $16,431, I was told the guy that changes them was sick. I made one last offer, when he came back from the manager he said they would agree to that, BUT they would have to decertify the car. More
Apparently do not really want to sell Toyota trucks I called this dealer with the exact model and options for a Toyota employee purchase, that I planned on making. Tacoma Double Cab, with TRD Off Road p I called this dealer with the exact model and options for a Toyota employee purchase, that I planned on making. Tacoma Double Cab, with TRD Off Road package, preferable color was Spruce Green ... employee purchase paperwork in hand as well as blank bank check. I knew they had one Tacoma with this package on the lot (albeit different color). I was told that was sold (then why was it sitting front & center by the road) and that they could not get anymore ... The "Sales" Mgr. told the salesmen to tell me to, "Just wait for the '15s". Plain and simple, they did not want to be bothered with someone with cash in hand for the right vehicle. Apparently, they do not want to sell vehicles too bad. I called another dealer, who did not have the Tacoma with the correct package (or color). Within hours the other dealer had located the truck I wanted, in the color I wanted ... guess where I just spent over $30k ... not at KOOL Toyota that's for sure. More
