He said it's just old codes and asked how long the light was on. I told him about a week. He wanted me to pay $105 for a diagnostic check. After I asked why he said your bumper to bumper warranty ended at 36,000. I told him I thought it was covered under the 60,000 mile power train warranty. He said no. That just covers internal engine parts. At that point I knew he was lying and left the dealership. He must have failed to notice my service history in the computer. That will be my last visit to Kool. When I returned home I googled the the problem and guess what it said. Disconnect the battery and the code will clear. I reconnected the battery and no light, problem solved. My auto start also works again. That code prevents the auto start function. More
