Pleasantly surprised by experiencel! I went to Kool Chevrolet looking for a used car. I was trading in a new car I bought less than a year old (from Gezon on Plainfield) due to the worst I went to Kool Chevrolet looking for a used car. I was trading in a new car I bought less than a year old (from Gezon on Plainfield) due to the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership! I was hesitant about going through another untruthful, pushy salesman trying to sell me anything just to make his commission! I was extremely pleased with the salesman who came out to help me. Very Accomdating Front seat covers of my new Colorado would not clip to the frame of the front seat. After two tries, Technician was able to glue it to frame. The S Front seat covers of my new Colorado would not clip to the frame of the front seat. After two tries, Technician was able to glue it to frame. The Service GM ordered new covers, as they thought the clips on mine were defective, however, I just didn't want to be bothered with this problem and take more time out of my day/life to deal with it even tho Kool Chevy gave me a loaner vehicle.
