They quoted me a $2000 repair. I took it to a family friend who's been a mechanic for 30 years and he said that wasn't the case. Get a second opinion! I talked to Dyllan Nawrot a salesman at Kool and told him what I would like to buy. He said they didn’t have it that day but I got a call 2 days later and he found what I was looking for and at a great price what I would like to buy. I decided to by a used vehicle from kool GM after having leased a vehicle previously and referring friends to them. I have had okay experiences with them in the past, but this was the last one. The used vehicle that I purchased ended up getting a check engine light the day I got it. I got home, read the codes, and decided to check a few things. I was surprised to find out that even though Kool had said that the air filters and oil were replaced, they were not. The oil was still black as night, the air filters were dirty, and there were still leaves and dirt under the air filters. I was out an extra $548 from having Mercedes repair what kool couldn’t. It makes me wonder if cool is purposefully defrauding people or if the service department at kool really has no idea what is going on. More

I had my tires rotated, and they did not reset my tire pressure monitor sensor. I blew a tire because the monitor told me it was a different tire than it was. I contacted them and was basically told I wasn't telling the truth, and was treated like I didn't know what I was talking about. I will never do business there again. More
Worst Dealer I have ever met. So many people will call u but will never honor the price. We then proceeded to another dealer next day to purchase car so why did the waste our time why not be honest. More
Dealt with Becca. Made a commitment to purchase a Suburban and agreed on my trade in. Was told she pulled it off the lot for sale so that it did not get sold out from underneath me. I headed there with pre approved financing in hand. Got 10min from there and received a text stating they sold it! Got there thinking there was some kind of mix up. Talked to Ross the sales manager, and he mainly just insinuated that I was somehow lying about it. No offers to make it right, no apology. Found out they passed up selling it to me to accept a small deposit. Ended up at Todd Wenzel where we bought a 2017 Escalade. More

Bought a certified used equinox 2013–soon the check engine light kept coming on. They kept fixing it—usually to the tune of 200–300.00. Then in 6 weeks the same problem occurred again. Then the car engine light kept coming on. They kept fixing it—usually to the tune of 200–300.00. Then in 6 weeks the same problem occurred again. Then the car started using unusual amounts of oil. We found out that this defect occurred in all the equinoxes of that year. When we wanted to trade the car in, they devalued it because of the oil problem. They could sell us a car even though they knew about the problem. But they refused to help when there was a problem. We were long time Kool customers, but we will never trade there again!!! More
