Brought car in for transmission fluid change. Discovered after the fact that for Toyota ATF, you charged me over 18 dollars per quart. A quick google search shows that dealerships typically charge around 6 dollars per quart. I am going to let corporate know that you are charging triple the suggested list price. Also, someone took it upon themselves to remove my wheels, resulting in me buying several new lug nuts. Ot sure why all of my wheels had to come off. Lastly, someone also decided to “adjust” my tire pressures. Good thing that I double checked them later in the evening. Three tires were set at almost 50 psi (Tires are only supposed to have 44 psi max) and 1 tire was set at 35 psi. This was well after the car was parked, so these are cold tire pressures. Could have been dangerous, had I not decided to check them. Overall, not impressed by the visit. More

TERRIBLE VEHICLE SERVICE - AVOID! My vehicle is a 2020 Toyota Rav4 and was in because it needed to be jumped started. The service writer said nothing was wrong with the vehicle and My vehicle is a 2020 Toyota Rav4 and was in because it needed to be jumped started. The service writer said nothing was wrong with the vehicle and everything tested out. I asked why did I have to jump start it the last several days. His answer "because of the cold temperature and you drive too short of trips". So I asked, I live in Wisconsin where it is cold and work 7 miles away am I supposed to move and drive further or not live in Wisconsin." The service writer said drive the vehicle for longer distances. Seriously?!? Never had a problem with my previous 3 Toyota's doing this. One week later vehicle did not start again and it was -15 degrees out and had to be jumped. Took it back to Kolosso and the battery was tested again and they said everything is okay with it. "You must have left something on". Two days later battery needed to be jump started and there was zero chance Kolosso was going to work on my vehicle. Took it to a different Toyota dealer and they said your battery is weak and needs to be replaced. Replaced it without any questions and that experience was great. Bottom line Kolosso's service is terrible and avoid it! Let me very clear - I purchased this vehicle brand new from Kolosso and was very happy with the sales person, Mike. He was awesome! Unfortunately, the service department has ruined any future purchase for me. More
Mike Rieth was great to work with. He answered my messages quickly, was waiting for me when I came in to test drive a couple vehicles, had them waiting for me when I got there. I was torn between two models and he gave me the pros and cons for each so that I could make the best car decision for me and my family. Was there when I came in t purchase, went over the car once more with me, said I could call him or come in anytime if I had any questions or issues. I really enjoyed working with him! More

I was told when making appointment my service was no problem. I finally left frustrated, I will go to another Toyota dealership for my service and warranty work. More
Took our Highlander in for regular service and an issue with the cruise control. The tech determined we needed the cruise stick replaced. We have an extended warranty on the vehicle so I dropped off the with the cruise control. The tech determined we needed the cruise stick replaced. We have an extended warranty on the vehicle so I dropped off the paperwork for the repair to be preapproved. Over a month went by, no communication from Kolosso. I called the manager that the service writers report and explained the situation. He made me gather all the information again and email him with the information. Now 10 days later and again no communication from Kolosso. Looks like I need to find a real service provider. I can cross off Tundra from my list of trucks to consider next. Update: I finally got a call back on this issue. However, I got the call back from Cody, even though I had requested to work with another service writer. I took the car back and now the service tech could not repeat the problem with the cruise even though their service order stated it was bad and needed replacing. So their fix was to blame the customer for spilling something on the cruise stick. This highlander is driven by two adults, it is not a spilled-on, puked-on kid hauling vehicle. We even put a cover on the driver's seat to protect it when having service performed. I stand by my poor rating and will not be returning to Kolosso in Appleton. More

To get the refund I had to make phone calls and send emails to the service department, and business manager. I even mailed via USPS a letter to the business manager. Finally Dick DeMuth answered my email after at least a month had gone by. After negotiating with him for 2 weeks via answering machines, he sent me my refund ($73.35) I am very disgusted with Kolosso Toyota. I feel that when estimates for damages are given you should not be charged for them. I feel this WHOLE matter was handled very, very poorly by the dealership.
