Originally came in wanting a different car. Mike was so patient with us through the process. He worked with us as we changed our mind at the last minute. Didn’t even have to drive the car and we knew we’d love the car. 2022 sienna Toyota hybrid is our first brand new car. Worst customer service ever, will NEVER RETURN! Employees pass you from one person to another not wanting to do their jobs. Had an oil change and smart door latch reprogrammed, heard excuses about Employees pass you from one person to another not wanting to do their jobs.
