Everyone we dealt with took the time to find out what we needed. They listened to our questions and answered them in words we could understand. If they didn’t know the answer, they immediately found someo needed. They listened to our questions and answered them in words we could understand. I had an outstanding experience buying a used RAV4 from salesman Mike Rieth (and the finance department was excellent as well).
