We picked a Corolla Cross Hybrid SE and searched on the Toyota site to find one in the area. Our first phone call was taken by Michelle who told us a CCH would arrive in a few days! She knew the model well and wanted to make sure the options list had all we wanted. On delivery day she greeted my wife, daughter and me warmly and went over all the controls and technical features on this new model. We were pleased with our choice and had good day at Kolosso. Although our new SUV is a modest model in the Toyota line-up, we felt our service from Michelle was super and was similar to the Ritz-Carlton experience of making the customer welcome, comfortable and eager to return. We just bought a 2024 sienna! Mike Rieth was our salesman, and he was fantastic. So was the finance guy, and everyone else we dealt with.
