First, it took over two months to even start. The communication was also not what I expected. Nobody ever seemed to have answers to our questions. Receptionist was flat out rude. Then they told our insurance carrier the car was ready for pickup when it was not which started a whole chain reaction of confusion with us, the insurance carrier and the rental car company. We also noticed swirls/scratches in all the new paint which appears to be from being washed and the paint doesn’t match!! Kolosso has really changed over the years and not for the better. I will never use them again much less buy a car there. More

Working with Bruce at Kolasso Toyota in Appleton was such a breeze. We knew we wanted a Rav 4 but we had to get rid of my leased car before we could move forward, which took longer than I expected.
