Disappointed My husband and I have had our vehicles serviced here for years. We were satisfied until recently. After a routine job of changing fluids on our RAV 4 My husband and I have had our vehicles serviced here for years. We were satisfied until recently. After a routine job of changing fluids on our RAV 4, we had problems. We drove the RAV to the closest repair facility and were told the plug for the fluids was missing and the the fluids were not there. The only time that plug was touched was when the vehicle was serviced. When we contacted Kolosso Toyota in Appleton, they offered to tow the vehicle in at their expense to check out the problem. Upon inspection the service manager refused to admit culpability. We insisted on a replacement of the affected part. We were not treated as loyal customers. It was implied that we had caused this problem ourselves. We have always trusted this service department. We have always relied on them and paid for the services to our vehicles. Finally, management agreed to replace the part and split the bill with us. Ten days later, the vehicle was ready for pick up. The replacement part was not new, but from a junk yard. We were charged for half of the towing. We are unhappy. They have lost our business for this vehicle as well as my Prius. We cannot trust them to stand by their work. More
