That is why we were surprised at how some of our visit went when we came to purchase our 2017 Sienna. First my drivers license number was mixed up with my husband's in the paper work. Then we had to ask and remind the financial service guy about whether we had proof of receiving corrosion and rust proofing on our vehicle. He thanked us for reminding him of the paper work he needed to provide us on that. Then it took him 4 different times to fill out the paper work correctly, if it even is. He reminded us more than once that he was having a bad day. He assured us the license plates were on the vehicle when it came time to leave, only to find out that they weren't as we were about ready to drive away. Our sales associate seemed to hesitate in what he was supposed to explain to us about operation of the vehicle. He didn't know how often oil changes needed to be done and told us there was no spare tire which we found there was, and the location of it, when we got home. He told us we had the kind of tires we could drive on if one becomes flat until we found help, but we don't know if that's true or not. More

I had heard this was a reputable dealership and wanted to give them a chance. I was totally happy with the kind service and knowledge that Bob Bergner provided. When you spend a lot of money, you usually get a funny feeling, but I left feeling confident that I had made a good decision for me. Why? Because Bob Bergner listened to what my needs were and had the knowledge and patience to work with me. Incidentally, I am 86 years old and can be challenging, when I want to be. He made the whole process acceptable to me...........................and he sold me the car!!! I will highly recommend him and Kolosso Toyota/Scion. More

We ended up finding a Chrysler 200 and were amazed by the price. We went inside to see if we could test drive the car and that is when we met the salesman Matt. Matt Kilgas immediately made us feel comfortable with being kind and genuinely was concerned about what we were looking for. He took the time and effort to explain every question that we had about the car and himself. Matt just started being a salesman for cars and I would recommend him over any salesman who has been doing it for a while. Matt didn't care about making the sale, he actually cared about us as the customers and finding out the best ways to accommodate us. We ended up buying the car from Matt and are really glad we did. Matt if you read this thanks again for everything you did for us! More

Kolosso Toyota recently sold me a used car with several mechanical issues. The biggest of the problems was a bad rod bearing which resulted in the engine needed to be replaced within days of the purchase d mechanical issues. While they replaced the engine; they used an engine from totaled vehicle that had not been rebuilt or reconditioned (straight from a wreckage lot in OH). I found this to be an unacceptable solution to the problem. The Better Business Bureau was contacted to help resolve the issue. The end result was supposed to be a "full refund". However, I still ended up losing $500 in the process. My suggestion is, if you buy a used car off their lot; do not trust their vehicle inspections. Take it to your personal mechanic first to have it checked out. More
Wanted to purchase a Prius c that I saw on their website. Called on a Saturday and salesperson (Destinee?) stated they had 3 available at 2.09% financing. I walk in the doors and see a sign that says 2.9% financing. No big deal, but salesperson again stated 2.09 and I mentioned 2.9 and 2.09% are not the same. I don't think she understood the difference. So anyway, I check out the 3 cars. I decide on the one I want. She states that one is not for sale. It is titled to the dealership. Of the two available, one has a white interior (I don't want white since I have kids) The other vehicle is $3000 more. The car that is not for sale is still on the website 2 weeks later. I'm not a lawyer, but this seems to be false advertising to me!!!! More
