Michelle helped me to see the vehicle within my schedule even though it wasn't available yet to drive off the lot. Once I saw the condition, which was exactly as Michelle described, i was convinced it was the vehicle for me to buy. Michelle was then excellent at helping guide me through the process and I never felt a high pressure sale tactic.
