Excellent customer service! I came to the dealership with my mom to help her shop for a car. She had some specific requirements for what she wanted in a newer used vehicle and s I came to the dealership with my mom to help her shop for a car. She had some specific requirements for what she wanted in a newer used vehicle and she also had a price that she was firm on. The salesperson we worked with (Will Church) spent hours with us looking at our options and finding something that satisfied all of her requirements. He was knowledgable and friendly and it was definitely the best experience I've ever had buying a car. I definitely recommend this dealership (and ask for Will!). More

But, I need to take a moment to mention an amazing service writer - Laurie in service has always been amazing when I've gone in to have my vehicle serviced but, when I called in a panic this week because I realized my Toyota Care expired and we were about to leave on a long trip (3+ hours from home) I called to see if I could possibly purchase Toyota Care Plus without driving to Appleton (I live about an hour away), Laurie understood my concern and worked quickly to draw up the paperwork (despite probably having a dozen other things to do) for me, she then called me for payment and mailed the papers to me so I would have them for the trip. The entire experience was hassle-free for me, and solidified why I choose to drive the distance I do for purchase and service of my vehicles. Kolosso is amazing at every turn! More
