I originally had another salesman who I ordered the car through. He left the dealership for other employment. When I called to check on the status of my new vehicle, Bruce Steinike answered the phone and s through. He left the dealership for other employment. When I called to check on the status of my new vehicle, Bruce Steinike answered the phone and said that he would take over my account. The Corolla XLe hybrid that I ordered was no longer available. Bruce suggested that I try the Corolla cross XSE hybrid because it had everything that I was looking for. He told me that they had one coming in within the next month and set up a date for us to come in and test drive a Corolla Cross. Long story short, we ended up ordering it. Bruce went above and beyond by answering all of our questions when we called or stopped in frequently. he did an excellent job of going through the features of the car when we picked it up. He told us anytime we had questions to stop in or call him. We drove out of the dealership with our new Corolla Cross XSE hybrid very happy and comfortable with its features. This car was not even on our radar when looking for a new car and thanks to Bruce, we have a car that we love. If I knew someone looking for a car, I would recommend to them that they go to Kolosso and for Bruce. More
