Everybody I talked to was friendly and helpful. I never felt pressured to upgrade to additional coverage. I wish I could have given 5 stars, but because of one staff person, I am unable to do so. I have taken time to give much thought to this review. I would recommend Kolosso, and it's because of Robin Ros staff person, I am unable to do so. I have taken time to give much thought to this review. I would recommend Kolosso, and it's because of Robin Rose, Florin Nae, and Jason Wold. They saved the sale for Kolosso. We purchased all of our previous vehicles from Kolosso. We had been very happy with Kolosso in the past, and so we returned to them. Robin Rose was our sales person and she is amazing - patient, excellent listener, professional, friendly, and was able to answer all my questions. Florin Nae was also very helpful and friendly. Jason Wold was also very helpful and was able to answer all of my questions. For a finance department staff member, I would highly recommend customers request Jason Wold specifically. Unfortunately, my experience was nearly ruined by one staff member who, for some reason, either was unable or unwilling to answer questions I had. Jim Stein, finance/business. I had a few questions about the sales contract, and for one particular paragraph, Jim Stein's response to my question was, "Only the lawyers would know the answer." I had to ask him to either call the lawyers to find out what that paragraph meant, or give me the number to call. He said he'd check with the lawyers, but instead, Florin Nae called me, and Florin was able to answer the question with no problem. The other problem that occurred was when I asked about extended warranty information. I asked if there was anything in writing, like a brochure or information sheet, that I could see. He said the only thing that he had was printed on 18" x 22" paper and he did not know how to make a copy of that, so he'd just take a photo and send it to my cell phone. I told him that would probably be too small for me to read, couldn't he just make a reduced copy of it for me - he said he didn't know how to, and, that there was nothing else in writing that he could provide to me. I later learned that this was untrue. He then said,"How much longer is this going to take, there are other people interested in that car." After I explained to him that it was 'taking so long' because he was unable or unwilling to provide answers to my questions, I hung up. A manager called me immediately, apologized, and assigned a new person - Jason Wold in finance - to work with me. Jason was able to email to me information in writing that explained what was and was not covered by extended warranty. He said it was no problem. What he sent me was the official extended warranty pages. Why couldn't Jim Stein have done that, I'll never understand. Because of these very difficult interactions with Jim Stein, I started calling other dealerships in other parts of Wisconsin, to ask them for information and also to consider going elsewhere with my business. The vehicle I was looking to purchase would cost close to $50k, which is a sizable sum, and one would think exceptional customer service would accompany that price tag. I probably will never know why Jim Stein behaved in this way. Was it because I am a woman and racial minority - I don't know for sure. But in all past transactions with Kolosso in past years, I never had a staff member behave so rudely and unable or unwilling to answer basic questions about their products and services. It was because of Robin Rose, Florin Nae and Jason Wold that we decided to continue with Kolosso. For future customers, keep in mind that if there is a staff member who is not a good fit for you, or who is unable or unwilling to provide you with answers you need, talk to management and ask for someone else to work with you.
