After misdiagnosing my vehicle twice and ultimately costing me roughly $1400 out of pocket, this dealership did nothing to make things right and only came up with excuses on why the actual problem took costing me roughly $1400 out of pocket, this dealership did nothing to make things right and only came up with excuses on why the actual problem took 3 weeks to figure out and multiple tows later (also out of pocket). 2019 Ram 1500 is known for a leaking third brake lamp (never checked lamp), instead tech said rear window was leaking and wanted to charge me $2400 to fix water damaged hub and window. I later took the truck to safelite who verified there was nothing wrong with the window but showed me the third brake lamp was leaking and had water inside of it after completing a water test. Please save your time and money and take your Ram to Bergstrom. Oh not to mention, the third brake lamp is under a 10 year warranty from Ram but I was advised by Kolosso they could not honor the warranty because the truck was originally sold in Canada. (Called Ram cooperate and they verified the warranty could be honored at any location US or Canada). Instead they kept charging me for unnecessary repairs. If anyone needs proof of my allegations, I have everything documented in text messages with the Kolosso Service personnel Bryce. I will be reaching out to Consumer Protection for assistance with best course of action in hopes of some financial reimbursement. I have no problem paying out of pocket for the repair that was necessary to fix the problem. Sincerely Disappointed Kolosso Ram Customer. Our 2012 Jeep Wrangler was scheduled for new tires and alignment, an axle seal and wiper blade replacements, along with the replacement of a burned out light. We once again had the pleasure of working wit alignment, an axle seal and wiper blade replacements, along with the replacement of a burned out light. We once again had the pleasure of working with Nick P. (Service Advisor). We've worked with Nick P. quite a few times since he's been a Service Advisor at Kolosso and have never had anything less than a fantastic service experience. No matter how busy he may be, he takes the time to explain everything very thoroughly, makes sure all of your issues are addressed during the service visit, and always is very respectful of the customer, never making us feel defensive or rushed. His price quotes are always very fair and reasonable. We always leave the Kolosso Service Department feeling like their #1 customer. Thanks again Nick P and your service team for another "got it right the first time" repair job and another fantastic Kolosso experience. You're truly appreciated!! More
