The sales representative was just excellent at explaining things and I test drove 2 different types of vehicles that I was considering. In the process I related various features and capabilities that I was looking for and was comparing between these models. I was very impressed with how well he helped me to zero in on what was best for my needs. I was very happy with the end result of what I chose in every respect and appreciate all of his help and expert knowledge in explaining of all of the features! More

Sales Went in to look at buying a new truck and they gave me a trade price 2k below NADA rough trade and my truck is in excellent condition. "2006 Ford F150" I started working with Kolosso via email. I received instant feed back from Trista Allard. She also called me the next day to see if I had any questio I started working with Kolosso via email. I received instant feed back from Trista Allard. She also called me the next day to see if I had any questions and to see when I would be available to visit the dealership. Once I arrived at the dealership (unannounced), Trista was with another customer. However, she appointed Dan Schilz to take care of me. Trista did break away from her customer long enough to come and introduced herself. She informed me that if I had any questions later and was unable to contact Dan that I should contact her. Dan was very busy the day I was at the dealership, however, I felt like I was the only customer he was dealing with. He always checked up on me while waiting for the trade-in appraisal and also offered me a soda. I worked with Pao Yang for the finance paper work and he was great as well. It was a great buying experience and will be back for future purchases. More
