Looking for new van I was out shopping for a lower millage Dodge caravan as my 2011 had 100000 plus miles on it. Upon starting to look at caravans the sales person was pu I was out shopping for a lower millage Dodge caravan as my 2011 had 100000 plus miles on it. Upon starting to look at caravans the sales person was pushing new vans as it was the end of the month. They found one in stock I was interested in. After they looked at my 2011 they offered me a low trade in ( I felt it was low KB said it was average for that trade in ) So when all was said and done I said I didn't want to do the deal. I left dealership and got home when my phone rang it was the salesman. He said they would do better to get me to buy the 2016 van. They offered me another $650.00 off. So I said I would take it. He said they had to write up contract to night to take all discounts. This was around 7:30pm. I gave them the info over phone to start the ball rolling. They had everything in order by 9:30pm I set up a 11:00am pickup time the next day. As luck would have it My 2011 Transmission would not shift out of 1st I called the sales man back around 9:30am and informed him that I would have to wait as my van was going nowhere. He was unhappy but said he would cancel the deal. A few hours later he called back and said they would take the van the way it was. I had already taken van in for service and was having it fixed He said they would take care of it for me I told him no that I would not feel right about doing that. He got very upset when I said no I would fix it and would do a trade after I got it back. He became hostile with me and called me a liar and cheat even going as far to tell me to be a man and tell it to him face to face. I finally told him the deal was off and hung up, Just a note to Kolosso Dodge. Today the place fixing my van said the transmission was not bad only the gear shift was stuck in first and would not go to second It was a switch and I have the van back returning trans to junk yard. I had every intention returning there and buying a new van After dealing with this sales person I would never come back or recommend them to anyone. More

second oil change for the Princess Came in for routine oil chang . Got in quickly I told them I had a tiny issue with the car and asked them to fix it and perhaps give my baby a bath. They were washing a car at the time so I thought it w/b done. They ssid I needed to rotate the tires at this time, and it was done quickly. Everyone was quite friendly to me. Its a comfortable space. I love the free pop and popcorn. Nice while you wait. Soon my baby was read . The small problem I came in with was the temperature has dropped greatly, so mt onboard computer gives a warning that my tires are low and need to be filled to 37psi to turn off the distracting low tire symbol and everytime I start the csr it goes to the screen showing the trouble screen with the low tire warning. I have to reset the screen to show my speedometer instead. Just a pain in the butt. It was still on when I got into the car. I found a mechanic and he happened to be the one who worked on the car.He said it would clear up once I hit 25-30mph and tiresheated up. Guess what? I didn't work!! So I still have the dang light and screen to change every time I start the car. Now I need to come into appleton again. A round trip of 60miles. I'm hsndicapped and take of my ailing husband. So I need to leave him alone unattended again. I just wish this could have been taken care of during the first visit. And sadly they didn't wash my car as I had asked. I wound up paying 24.00at PDQ car wash! So I wasn't expecting a freebie! Perhaps next time. More

Worst customer service EVER plus damaged vehicle! I went to Kolosso Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram on College Ave in Appleton and ultimately ended up purchasing a 2014 Chrysler Town and Country. I was so hap I went to Kolosso Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram on College Ave in Appleton and ultimately ended up purchasing a 2014 Chrysler Town and Country. I was so happy as this was the newest vehicle I had ever purchased and it was a big investment for me and my growing family. All was going great until it came time to take my vehicle home. Then it became my worst nightmare! First of all when you but a vehicle from a dealership of this size you absolutely should have a full tank of gas upon picking up the vehicle ..I had just over a quarter of a tank! Secondly when we had looked at the van we noticed it was dirty and not detailed very well especially the back cupholders and the ceiling in the rear. We asked it that would be cleaned and they said absolutely. It was almost a week from requesting that until I picked up the van and when I did you could obviously tell that they had just sprayed the ceiling in a few small spots because it was still very wet. The cupholders were not even wiped out! I ended up fully detailing my van when we got home. In doing so I noticed that our rear floor mats were missing. When I called and asked for them they said they would check to see if they got lost anywhere. I then got a wonderful email a week later only stating "no luck on the floor mats, sorry." I feel that they should have given me a set of rear floor mats knowing I have kids getting in and out everyday and just for the customer service aspect of it all. Then here is the kicker!! Final straw! I noticed that my front bumper didn't seem quite right. The front left fender was bent a bit and so after looking at it more I thought it was just that the bumper was to placed back on properly so I decided to bring it to my local mechanic to have it fixed (thought it would be a quick fix). Come to find out my front bummer was being held on my just one screw into the metal fender and I had front end damage on my Chrysler-certified-inspected-car fax-clean title-new 2014 van!!! I almost cried! He told me that I should bring it back to the dealership and ask them to fix it properly or to give the van back to the dealership! I should have right then and there given the van back!! After finally getting someone to listen to me I was told they would fix the plastic retainer for the bumper. I told them that the front fender was bent and a screw drilled into it and I could already see rust and wanted it fixed right or they could have it back. They assured me it would be taken care of. After transferring car seats in the summer heat numerous times with multiple kids I was given my "fixed" van back.... Fixed my xxx!! I looked at it and it didn't seem right to me. I brought it back to my mechanic who then showed me that all of the pins that go into the retainer to hold on my bumper were missing and it was barely hanging on! On top of that they just painted the spot of the fender where the bumper was screwed in originally so I will always have to worry if it will start rusting (mind you I have a WHITE van!) I finally brought it in for them to fix again and place the pins into the retainer so my bumper would not fall off. I could tell by this point they were just sick of me but I was pissed!! After mentioning to them again that I had no gas in my car when I got it, no floor mats, and front end damage they never offered to make any of those situations right besides for doing a xxxx poor job at attempting to fix my bumper. I would NEVER recommend purchasing a vehicle from Kolosso Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram on College Ave in Appleton to anyone and I am going to make it known to as many people as I can of the shady, xxxx poor service they provide to people!
