Fast and friendly I had called to see if free oil change would be honored since I had put on very few miles in the first year and it was a few months past a year. Two days later when I showed up at fast lube lane the gentleman helping me remembered talking to me. Unprofessional Salesperson and GM I was looking for a Ram 1500. The salesman was not very professional. On the test drive he talked about his hunting trips and told me what his polit I was looking for a Ram 1500. The salesman was not very professional. On the test drive he talked about his hunting trips and told me what his political party was. It was a very one-sided conversation as I wanted to concentrate on learning about this truck. He told me very little about the truck I was driving. He never even asked me if I had questions about the Truck. I then met with the general manager who worked the lease numbers. I decided to wait for a few months before pulling the trigger. The sales Manager called a few days later and gave me a pretty good price. I said I'd come in the next day at 5:00 and we could close the deal. As an afterthought I went to a competing dealer after I hung up the phone because I got a strange vibe from the GM. The competitor gave me a better price with a truck with more options. I decided to go with the competitor not only because of the better price but that they were professional. I emailed my sales "professional" at Kolosso the next day and said I had changed my mind and was going with someone else and there was no need to contact me as I had already closed the deal. Apparently this email never made it to the general manager who attempted to call me several times when I was supposed to be closing the deal with them. I called him back the next day and said I had emailed the sales professional yesterday, informing him I had decided to go with someone else. The GM became angry, saying this was "great" since they took the time to get this truck ready for me and that I had wasted their time. I can understand his frustration as I probably should have called instead of emailing them. However, to get mad at a customer and show it was one of the most unprofessional things I've ever seen in my many years of purchasing vehicles. I will never go back to this dealership. More

Horrible Customer service. Lack of communication!! My wife and I were in the market for a new Jeep. We love Jeeps and that the only thing we wanted. So, we decided to go to Kolosso for the obvious rea My wife and I were in the market for a new Jeep. We love Jeeps and that the only thing we wanted. So, we decided to go to Kolosso for the obvious reason they are a Jeep company. Went in the sales guy was nice and we were looking for a Jeep within our price range $400 a month. He got one that just came in and we got to ride with the sales guy and we really liked it. It was in our price range and was very nice. So, the salesman went through the numbers for us because we wanted to see how much a newer one might cost and the old one. Brought us an easy cheat sheet and ran our credit. Came back with good numbers for the older jeep and we told him we wanted it. He said $419 a month. Good deal for a sexy Jeep wrangler like that. However, he told us we should put $500 dollars down to hold it. We told him that was a little bit too much for us to hold the vehicle. He tells us "Look get me the check for $500 and we will postpone it for next week so when you come in you can rip the check or throw it away. We were very excited he would do that for us. So we agreed and my wife wrote him a check for $500. He comes back with some things for us to sign and were so excited. Tell us it will take a week or so for it to go through inspection. We understood. We came in on 29th and waited to hear back. Didnt hear back until the 7th saying the jeep is ready. I have a Financial guy call me and say "hey you are coming in today for the Jeep and paying cash? I was like no i never said anything about cash??? He said oh well you were going to finance through your own bank and come in with a check? I was no!?!?! i was working with the sales guy and we ran some financing through him. He said "Oh well let me take a look at some financing. I was confused i was like didnt they already do that??? He calls me back and said "We ran some numbers and it looks like it will be around $580 or 5 something a month. Which was WAY higher than i was originally told. We said no to that deal and didn't want to do it. I Told the sales guy hey do i need to get that check i gave you? He said no bud i will let the finance guys take care of it. Well....he didn't and the check went through and it hit my wife with NSF fees cause she only had about $450 in her account. I called back and i was like you guys took $500 from us for a vehicle we never bought. We never even got a call to let us know they withdrew it.....Then he said we will get it mailed to you. I told him no way we want it back ASAP. He said okay i will have a manger call you tomorrow. Tomorrow comes no call. So, i called and was extremely upset and the guy on the phone was kind and said he would help. So, i was like you know what im just gonna go in. Went in spoke with the sales manager( i have all the names but for discreet purposes i wont name them) he said we will take care of this right away. Ask me for my name and phone number said he will call me back this afternoon. 6pm comes around and no call....so i called and he said "oh our manager left for the day were gonna have to wait till tomorrow. I was like WHAT THE xxxx??? He said come in with the paper work proving the check went through. So, we did. this time we spoke to a very kind guy and he said he would get it all done for us and have someone call us by 11-12. 11-12 came and no call so i called and was like "you guys need to take me serious" Waiting on hold forever than another guy said we will have to call you back. I was so tired of this i told my wife to go in and get the check. She went in and got it. All of this trouble they put us through. All they had to do was communicate with one another and NOT LIE to us. The manager said anytime a check is written out we cash it. That is NOT what the sales guy told us. I understand sales cause i sell for a living but you cannot LIE TO GET A SALE NO MATTER WHAT. In the end it only backfired big time. I filed a claim with the BBB and i would like our money back for the NSF fees that occurred. If we would have gotten a call i could have put money in my wife's account to avoid that. Worst customer experience ever. More
