Hardest part was deciding which used Ram 1500 I wanted to buy. However, I called about not having a wheel lug key for the locking lugs. Important since I do drive out of state slot. Between Jonathan and the service department they told me we don't have them or order them. Well they said the tires were rotated so someone must have it or the tires were never rotated. So after being told they weren't going to help and I needed to order one myself. Luckily I found the key paperwork and was able to buy one. Then Looking at my paperwork some how $899 gap insurance was added to my loan. I went to them and had it removed, but my payment was permanently increased because of this mistake.
