I had to jump start my wife's 2012 Jeep Wrangler due to an electrical issue. On the way to the dealership it appeared as though there was also a brake caliper hanging up. When I got to the dealership I worked with Duane Q, (Service Advisor). Duane Q never makes a person feel like they are a "bother" or rushes them. He takes the time to listen to the issues as if it were his own vehicle being talked about. He seems to have "the patience of a saint." So after the repair of an electrical issue, replacement of the necessary brake components, and a broken coil spring that was also found, we got our vehicle back in excellent condition with a repair bill that was more than fair. I can't say enough good things about Duane and his team!! Excellent service after the sale......just another one of many reasons buy at Kolosso. More

Wife and I scheduled an appointment to test drive a vehicle. Once arrived, we observed another customer driving out of the the parking lot with the same vehicle we had scheduled to test drive. We quest vehicle. Once arrived, we observed another customer driving out of the the parking lot with the same vehicle we had scheduled to test drive. We questioned the salesperson about it. He stated, "oh, we don't hold vehicles it's against the law." We're like what's the purpose of scheduling an appointment then. As my wife and I left the dealership, the salesperson says, I'll call you if the vehicle is still available. We left in shock! My wife was so set on purchasing that vehicle. Both of us decided to shop somewhere else in Oshkosh. Within the hour, we received a call from that same salesperson stating that the vehicle is still available and if we wanted to test drive it! Well, we decided to go back to test drive it and she was so impressed that it was purchased. The salesperson stated "we can return to the dealer at 5:15 to pick up the vehicle". When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, it wasn't ready. We waited well over an hour to drive this vehicle home. Which is just rude and ridiculous! Then, I had asked the salesperson of what type of oil is used? He didn't know and says, I'll get back to you in a few days. Well, guess what? He never called! I had to call him. Also, my wife said not to run a credit check because she was already approved for a loan somewhere else for this vehicle. The salesperson says, ok we won't run a credit check. A few weeks later, my wife received a letter in the mail about Kolosso running a credit check when she told them not too. So, what this comes down to is the don't care about customer service and satisfaction! All they care about is money!! Selling a vehicle. They lied to us several times. Especially, with the "we don't hold vehicles, it's against the law!!" I actually spoke to a salesperson from another dealership and he never heard such a thing and went on saying that was really poor customer service!! I will never purchase from them again. Just horrible customer service all the way around. I gave it a 1 star because she did get her vehicle that she wanted. More

Lindsay Pettit she it the business development manager. She is unprofessional and she will ask you question that you don’t have to give.
