Came in for a specific noise that only occurred when I back it up in the morning. Was told they could not duplicate. I thought just maybe the 2600 dollars worth of work on the brakes might have fixed it, back it up in the morning. Was told they could not duplicate. The brakes worked fine before coming in and they work fine now after calipers and rotors. I also did not like the change in check acceptance policy that you now have with a 150.00 cap. This will probably be my last journey from Oshkosh to Appleton for service on my vehicle. This by far was the worst service experience I have had since I purchased the vehicle.
