Drove nearly 3 hours to pick up a used 2021 vehicle with only 9k miles that was listed online. We told sales and finance dept we have kids and it's a school night so time is limited. We gave a 30 minute eta. Once we arrived we waited nearly an hour to be helped. The dealership was not busy and we never saw another customer. 20 minutes into the drive home the truck is marking a squealing/ticking noise. Driving the truck is not enjoyable because all you hear is tic-tic not vroom-vroom. Not at all what would be expected from a newer vehicle. We contact the dealer the following morning, no response. Almost 48 hours after purchase I received a text stating the manager wants to hear the noise. (Remind you I live 3 hours away) Then a second stating I could drop the truck off for service but they are backed up for days. In every aspect of our dealing with this dealership we believe they have room for improvement and more effort could be given to their customers. We don't recommend this dealership to anyone. More
