Horrible experience with sevice department Bought a used car (volkswagen) and had a problem that should have been covered under the dealer warranty. They didn't take care of the problem and was Bought a used car (volkswagen) and had a problem that should have been covered under the dealer warranty. They didn't take care of the problem and wasted lots of my time. Didn't have any paperwork and the few different people I talked to gave me different stories as to what they did. Later found out it still had factory power train warranty and brought to the vw dealer. They (vw) picked up my car at my home and left a loaner for me. Very dissapointed in kolar. My salesman was very good and did what he could to help me, but was let down by the service department. More
