This is the second time in 9 months that my car has needed to be worked on. Both times they were held for over a month, communication was bare minimum at times and completely nonexistent at others. They charged him over $100.00 for diagnosing his “bad” engine. After complaining, they said that they would give him the diagnostic fee back but it was never sent. My other kid brought his Equinox (that was purchased from them) on Friday June 28th with a ball joint that broke. They said that they could possibly get it in on July 20th and not sooner because all of the techs that normally would work on this are all on vacation. This is the 3rd strike. I just had the car towed out of their lot and will never return. What a way to run a business. More
