my great experience i purchased my car at a dealership that has since gone out of business. It is a car no longer made. Kokomo Auto World has always treated me as if I had purchased my car there. They have never said I'm sorry we can't help you. They are always very friendly. They always offer me a ride to work . I work across the street but they still offer. They also explain what they are doing and why. I will buy my next car there. More
Had vehicle in this dealerships service department numerous times to try to get same repair completed correctly. The last time it was there the service manager said he decided to finally have the tech numerous times to try to get same repair completed correctly. The last time it was there the service manager said he decided to finally have the tech to fix it the proper way on both left and right but when I returned to pickup my vehicle it had only been properly done on left but right side wasn't done correctly. The new parts were modified on the right side in order to make it fit so they didnt have to disassemble the rightside like they had to do on left side. I wasn't happy with it and the service manager said I need to take it to another dealer from that point on for any future repairs. Thanks!!! So I did and the new dealer fixed the right side properly after laughing at what Brian King approved saying lately Kokomo Fords service department has been very poor. My vehicle was fixed as well as other items requested ASAP and correctly on the first visit. Thanks again Brian for the suggestion to go elsewhere with my business and with my corporate business too!!! More
