Amazing!! I actually called KAW as a last ditch effort and they ended up being the ones to be the best. Everyone from the gentleman that was my salesman Kurt, the preowned manager to the the finance gentleman went above and beyond for me in my situation. Dealing with a severely ill son and many other issues I didnt really want to have to deal with the car buying process as my previous vehicle was totaled in an accident on the way to Riley Children's Hospital to be with my son. I made one phone call to them and between the three of them they managed to get me into an amazing car that my family desperately needed. They made it possible for me to commute between my employer and the hospital in Indy for my sons care. After being a "ghost" for so long and just beginning to use my credit after 11 years it was hard, but they helped me and went above and beyond what they had to do. Actually cares about the customer. I, for one, only trust the 'real' dealerships. I knew exactly what I wanted before I went into any dealership to get a used car. I had a list written I, for one, only trust the 'real' dealerships. I knew exactly what I wanted before I went into any dealership to get a used car. I had a list written of the vehicles that I seen on the website. My first stop wasn't Kokomo Auto World but another dealership that is well known. I was sadly disappointed in the way that things were handled. I had high hopes for a Dodge Charger that was on my 'High Hope" list. Of course since it was the most expensive vehicle the dealership went for that one first. Countless amount of emails and driving my already broken down car there and back for a week it became apparent to me that there lack of customer service and vague communication was going to be an issue with me. After receiving a email stating and I quote, "if you guys can do $2k down we have a sedan that will work for you guys" A sedan! No information other than that! I couldn't believe it! After asking what sedan and how many miles, year and information that I wanted to know before agreeing, the salesperson doesn't respond for THREE DAYS! To the point that she says $3500 down on a 2014 Patriot. For one, that isn't a sedan, that's a SUV. Since it had already took so long to email me back I already was giving another dealership a shot. This is where Kokomo Auto World comes in. I was already losing hope in getting a safe and reliable vehicle for my family with enough room to fit three car seats if we was to expand our family. I walked in with my list of three possible choices that I had seen online. The manage was quick to point out which ones was already sold and explained the reason why they was still on the site. Our salesman, Adam Richardson was very patient with us and very friendly. We took a look at what they had on the lot and came back in the next day. We had originally chose the Equinox that had high mileage on the car already but would be perfect for what we needed. We could get approved because of how many miles but the Manager was able to make magic happen and I was able to be approved for two different cars that they had, one being the one in the picture. A 2017 Honda Accord. I was absolutely ecstatic! This car had been sitting on the lot for numerous amount of days! It had everything that I wanted for safety in a vehicle. They worked and communicated very well with us. Didn't take a week but only 2 days to get a car! They understood what I wanted and what my husband wanted. Our salesman didn't car about the commission that he would get if he sold us the more expensive car; he cared about what we needed. My husband and I now plan on having our services done at Kokomo Auto World and we recommended them to anyone looking to get a New to You but Used Car! They are outstanding with customer service and seem to actually ENJOY their job and the difference that they are making in families lives. Thank you again guys for everything you did for us! We appreciate you more than you could even think! More
