We had a delightful experience in our car shopping. Adam Street was our Sales Person. Adam met us at the entrance of the Dealership, introduced himself and shook our hands. We told him we wanted to drive a Honda CRV Touring 2018 model. We wanted a dark gray with light gray interior. There was one on the lot, which Adam brought up to us. We had the opportunity to test drive for a couple of hours, then went back to the dealership with questions and rode with Adam and his Manager while they demonstrated the different features we were asking about. We considered the car overnight and then contacted Adam for an appointment to buy the vehicle. When we went back in to purchase the vehicle he had all the paperwork ready for us,which we greatly appreciated. We have been extremely satisfied with the service we received from Adam. We have contacted him on several occasions with questions. We did experience a problem on programming the Home-link button to our garage door. Adam was kind enough to come to our home when he got off work to run through the programming with us and then was kind enough to program it for us; not once, but twice, as our garage door opener decided to quit working completely and we had to install a new garage door opener, so Adam again came out after work and programmed the new opener for us. Now that is service! Thank you Adam and thank you for having Adam on staff. More
