I worked with Garry which has been taking care of me like a dad would. No pressure, gave me time, answered all the questions, made sure the test drive would be satisfying etc.. Nick and Owen took care of me on the financial part and worked hard, this guys truly deserve a chance for you to trust them, they truly all are awesome. During the test drive they made sure I could go on a away, up hills etc.. so there is nothing they hide ( they want to make sure you can trust them and that is awesome ). They gave me full details about the car and have been able to give me the deal I wanted ( down payment very good interest rate etc.. ) and a very good deal for such a good car. They also make sure if you have any problem, even if the warranty does not cover or anything, that they take you by the hand and will try to help you out with anything . You can call them anytime ! I have been to many dealer here in Indiana ( mostly Indianapolis and Avon ) and truly, they are the best. They may not have the dream car you want, but they can help you find it and have it for a decent price but most certainly, make sure the car works great and there is nothing hidden. At the time I was looking for my very first new car (I mean really MINE), and I was depending on Daniel to help me understand the whole process. My husband has already worked with Daniel on several leases and that's how I chose him to help me. Daniel had all different cars on my list cooling off that day because it was 100 degrees outside! He has no idea how much that helped me because I hate being hot. We drove 4 or 5 different cars of my choice that day and then came inside to enjoy some really cold water and talk. As we were talking I noticed a Camry sitting in the showroom right next to us and I asked some questions about it. It is truly an unusual blue car (clearwater blue). Not so popular with everyone. Daniel let me take it home for one night because I wanted it and didn't want someone else to get it, but I was not sure since I'd never bought or leased a car before. I called him that evening and said, "SOLD!". The whole staff helping with the details were all very professional. The service staff can not be beat by anyone, anywhere. Tim and Bryce were very understanding in working out the sale...so much that we drove our 2014 Van home the first day with a check to hold...we drove an hour plus to see the van. The team worked with us to finish financing withing the week! We will buy from Kokomo Auto World again! More

Also cleaning sticky cup holders that was over looked. I'm just really disappointed that they couldn't take the time to do a good job. Haven't bought many used cars but I don't think this is how to get repeat customers. Also was told to fill out credit app online to save time & still had to give them the same info over again when we got to the dealership. That was a waste of my time at home. More
